AFFORDABLE CESSPOOL SEWER

This company is not reputable. They came in response to a cesspool problem at my rental property and met with my handyman. They told my handyman they could fix the clog and correct the problem. They pumped and used chemicals, and charged my credit card $300. When the clog came back the following week, I called them and met with them personally. First, the workman told me it needed another treatment for another $300. When I told him that I was hesitant to repeat the same procedure for an additional $300., when it obvioulsy didnt work, he then admitted that the chemicals wouldn't work because my line wasn't functioning and that I would need it completely replaced. He then proposed to have his company install the new line the next day. Upset that I had wasted $300. for nothing, I called another company who told me I did need another line because the original line was in pieces and that pumping the line would be a waste of time and money,because the clog would keep occuring. I then had a new line installed by this company for $500 less than what this provider would have charged me.

they were very professional and replaced my cesspool in under 3 hours leaving a minimal amount of disruption to the surrounding area.

Came on time. Job was completed in less than 1/2 hour. Never lived where I had a cesspool before so I think everything was fine. I wanted to know the condition of the cesspool but they need to send in a scope to see it. I might have that done next time.

Our cesspool, which had been closed up 25 years ago, suddenly collapsed, leaving a sink hole in our yard. about 14 inches deep, in the middle of our dog run. The ground under foot felt unstable as if more collapse was possible. I called Affordable and left a message They called back in a couple of hours, gave me an estimate and were here the next morning an hour earlier than promised and had the job completed within two hours. They were prompt, thorough and cleaned up after themselves very well. Since we were in a hurry to get the repairs done for safety's sake, we didn't comparison shop, so can't say whether the price was good or bad, but took the first provider who responded. Considering the amount of fill needed and the equipment involved, We think the price was fair.
