Excellent dryer vent cleaning service by Rob P. I was given a quote over the phone and there were no hidden costs when the job was completed. I received same day service and Rob arrived on time. Rob did not mind being watched while he worked and answering questions.

I am so glad I decided to go with them for my duct cleaning. Rob and his helper were professional, repectful and friendly. Their clothes and equipment were clean. They were efficient and thorough. They made sure the very dirty/dusty HVAC ducts in my apartment were clean even if it meant running the brush through 4 times. The negative air pressure machine and NADCA protocol they followed ensured no dust escaped into my air or on my furniture. They put everything back in it's place and my apartment was immaculate when they left.

Robert and staff were exceptional. Very personable, and knowledgeable. It was a fire waiting to happen. My vent was stuffed with dryer fodder (?)(smile). He also checked by duct work, took pictures, and told me it did not need to be cleaned now, but in the Fall. An honest man. Will call him in March for that job.
