+ -1 moreMr. Monteverde came to our house to do a preliminary walk-thru, promising plans for our 2nd floor within a month. After scores of phone calls, messages at his office, and the occasional chance meeting on the street, we got nothing. They did no sketches, no suggestions, and no plans. After a year of this, we stopped calling.
