Then they walked though exactly what they did. Installing screws and installed some hangers to improve my system. Quick, Efficient and Good work.

+ -1 moreThe estimate & installation processes went perfectly, but they didn't show on the scheduled installation day and instead texted me very late in the day to thank me for my "patience." So I rescheduled. This is a common way for contractors to turn a positive experience into a negative one. Showing up on the day you said you'd show up is very important, even if it means some overtime now and then. And giving the customer some feedback during the day also helps a lot. A quick text message to update the expected arrival time is not too much to ask.
Description of Work: I had a gutter installed on one side of my house, about 40 feet in length, with two leaders.
