We are very happy with the service and thought it's well worth the price. They even replaced some hardware that was loose as part of the coupon. + -1 moreThe cleaning itself went quick and seems thorough. They blew the leaves from my roof as well. The only negatives I have are they left a mess around and on my central airconditioning unit from the leaves they removed from the gutters. Also they left a bag of debris on my front lawn. Other than the two minor issues they seemed to do an excellent job.

+ -1 moreThat went well. They did what they were supposed to do and they alerted us to a problem that we needed to do with our roof. They were conscientious. The fact that they did what they were supposed to and then alerted us to a problem that we need to care of is a good call on their part. I think the price is comparable to what is out there and I don?t think it is anything special. They came when we called them. We are thinking of having a service contract with them.

They are reliable and we plan to continue to use them for years. We just had new gutters put and were told that we really don't need cleaning 4 times per year but we would rather be safe than sorry. Great company give them a try if you haven't already. Honest, efficient, trustworthy!.

They popped in on a different day than we had discussed, which was fine, except I was not home to observe the work, and to show him a drain spout in the back that needed to be checked The person who was home said that the worker wasn't here long. He put up his ladder, then took it down quickly. Maybe the gutters didn't need cleaning. He should have communicated with us. But since we had pre-paid, there was no communication. He just came and went. Once again, I don't know if the gutters were cleaned properly, or didn't need to be cleaned, or what. I would not do a prepay like this again.

+ 0 moreGood communication. I called a couple of times to get info and scheduled a time. The owner was very nice. He even arrived early the first time to check it out before coming to do the job. 2 other guys plus owner came to do the job and it was very quick. They scooped out the leaves and used leaf blower to clean out the 2 back gutters. And replaced a curving "arm" part that was totally clogged. One guy used leaf blower to blow the extra stuff that fell onto yard and driveway. I eventually swept that away myself. But all in all, it was quick and efficient job. And I also got a discount because it was one of Angie's Lists' "Big Deal" promotion.
Description of Work: Cleaned out both back gutters. Replaced an "arm" gutter part.
