+ 0 moreAbove all gutters came to my house and removed leaves and debris on my roof. 3 people, 2 on the roof, 1 under. 15 minutes in total. Costs me $300. My gutters are guarded and they did not do anything about it. Above all gutters said they came once and told me that they will not clean the gutters. I do not remember so. I remembered some guy came but he told me that they will take off the guard and clean at least two ends of a gutter. Otherwise, why wouldn't I just order roof blow-off as soon as they told me they would not clean the gutters? :[ This is my first time using roof cleaning service. not sure whether this is the norm.

+ -1 moreI was happy with the service. The house was bought 2 years prior, and in addition to us neglecting this issue in the first year, I'm pretty sure the previous owner did, too. They came in reasonable time, didn't take too long, were polite, and cleaned efficiently. They informed me of a section of gutters that would need to be replaced and gave an estimate (which didn't surprise me, based on the conditions mentioned above). I do intend to contact them again this spring.

+ -1 moreThey did not clean my gutters and did not have the tools to take off the gutter protectors. The crew used alot of foul language and were unprofessional. Within 15 minutes they were gone. It was a terrible experience.

Description of Work: The provider gave me an estimate to clean my gutters for $400 I have never been quoted more than $125 from any other service and I have lived in this home for 18 years. The home is not particularly big -about 1200 sq ft each floor, is a 2 story home and on 1 side because of the slope of the property, the basement is at street level, it is 3 stories. Gutters were done last year, are in good shape , so there was no reason for an excessive price.

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment on a Monday. They said they would come by on Wednesday to look at our house and give us an estimate. I got a call on Tuesday that they were very busy and could not come by to give an estimate but had found our house on line (probably through Google) and it would cost $75-100 to have our gutters cleaned. When I asked for an exact price they would not/ could not give it to me. When I asked how they determined the price, I was told "it depends". When I asked what it depended on, like how many feet of gutter there is, I was told no it depends on what kind of house and the time it will take to complete the job. But they already told me they had seen the house online...... I will not use someone who will not give me a price, it's just shady.

+ -1 moreI wanted to be there to watch, but they told me I didn't need to be there. Fortunately my son was there, and told me I didn't have to worry. They did a good job, removed some bird nests out, flushed out the gutters, were quick and professional. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: They followed up my purchase right away. I did not have to run them down to get an appointment for the job. When I didn't respond right away, because I'm so busy, they contacted me again, which I greatly appreciate. The owner had already came and assessed the house the day before, & provided necessary info to the guys that came. (my house didn't have numbers on it, etc.)

I was shocked this time when I got an estimate that was more than 60% higher than their previous price for the identical job. When I questioned the price there was no attempt to be more competitive. I understand costs go up but not 60%. I refuse to be taken advantage of.
