I checked the front gutter when I got home and found, while the gutter was mostly clean, there was still some sludge that I could pick up. I would have expected the gutter to be cleaner than that. Maybe my expectations were too great as I haven't had the gutters cleaned for a while.

+ -1 moreAfter waiting almost 2 months, including one date change requested by the service provider and one postponement by the provider, they were finally scheduled to clean our gutters this past Saturday. Saturday came and went without any sign of them. I did however receive an email on Sunday stating that the gutters on the back of my house are too high off the ground, that this was not part of the deal, and that I needed to go back to Angie's List for a refund. They did not ring our bell on Saturday to let us know or offer to alter the price, but simply sent an email a day later. Further, the ad I originally responded to said nothing whatsoever about height off the ground, only that the offer was good for 1 or 2 story houses (mine is a 2 story house and I have had no problem in the past having the gutters cleaned). I responded to their email and to this day they have not had the courtesy to even provide a response to me, but seemingly just put me out of their mind. There are a lot of companies providing this service and I would urge others to tread very carefully before trying to do business with these unethical and unprofessional people.

+ -1 moreI set a date and had to cancel because I was traveling. I set another date for as late as possible so that as many leaves would fall before the team of men came to my house. I was given a very short window of time for them to arrive which was between 12:00 - 2:00. The men arrived at 11:58! They were efficient, neat and friendly. The gentleman with whom I made the plans always got back to me within ten to twenty minutes. I couldn't have been more pleased from the first contact to the end result.
