Tilley Electric never responded to several attempts to contact them for a consultation appointment

I called Tilley because we thought we had blown a fuse in the garage, and unfortunately our Verizon Fios system is in the garage as well. So in addition to losing power in the garage, we also lost cable and internet. My husband works from home some evenings as a network engineer, and not having internet is a huge issue. Tilley came the same day to fix the problem, immediately diagnosed that it was a short circuit, not a blown fuse, disconnected the problem from the circuit so we could get the internet back up immediately, and then came back the very next day to repair the issue and wrap up the case. Because we live in a townhome community and issues with the exterior lights (where the short was) are covered by the community, we didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket. Tilley submitted the bill directly to our management agency, so I'm not sure what it cost to repair. However, I do know that the quotes I got for a service call were comparable to other electric companies in the area. Also, they totally could have lied to me and said that they needed to charge me for the service, and still charged the community's management agency, and I wouldn't have known any better. I really appreciated their honesty about the situation, which is hard to find these days.

They are unbelievably good. They were last here to do work a number of years ago and they figured out a problem that no other electrician could. He is so reliable for telling me who to use for just about anything.
