 + -1 moreI was extremely pleased with Simply Installs. Certainly one of the very best contractor experiences I've had. Technically, they seem very knowledgeable; they're nice guys and easy to work with; they show attention to detail (they brought mulch to put around one of the outdoor units that was being placed in a plant bed); they took good care of our house (wore booties, put down temporary mats to walk on); they were reliable; they came back after the job was done when I had questions about some minor trim work and the thermostat settings. I'd hire them without searching for another contractor if I had additional HVAC installs.

Description of Work: Simply Installs What a great find! AJ and Logan are first rate and true gentlemen and professionals. We recently moved to Mendon and needed to have some work done; heating for a workshop being built. We checked around and had several contractors provide estimates for the work. We selected Simply Installs primarily because of their willingness to explain and answer questions. Their apparent knowledge and enthusiasm for what they do carried over to the work they did. They were professional, timely and very willing to work with us. We liked what they did and how they worked for the heat install in the workshop so we inquired about some additional work we wanted done. This led to two additional projects; an on-demand water heater and a fireplace insert. We are extremely pleased with all the results. The cost of the work was competitive with other estimates we received. However, we feel that the quality of workmanship done far exceeds that which we would have received from other contractors. We are very pleased with the work they did and would rate them as a 10 star on a 5 star basis. We already have plans for additional work in the Spring for them.

 + -1 moreWe decided to get an Air Conditioning system for our 1800 square foot house and hired Simply-Installs to do this over Isaac Heating. AJ & Logan were both very professional in all aspects from the original estimate through the install. They know their stuff, give you a fair deal for a quality product and you couldn't ask for two nicer, personable individuals. Everything was done as promised and their work was exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a HVAC system.

 + -1 moreAJ and Logan were phenomenal to work with. They were extremely responsive both in person and via email, knowledgeable, and professional. They showed up on time for both the consultation and actual installment day (a 6:45 AM appointment!). The consult was very easy- there was no sales pitch and they were in and out of the house within 25 minutes, with all the information that I needed. They cleaned up after themselves (couldn't even tell they were there!), took the time to show me everything that was done and explained what maintenance we needed to do in the future. I would definitely hire them again.

 + -1 moreLogan was was very professional and explained in detail what option we had and answered every question I had. Once I decided on a few option I had a detailed quote that night and we agreed on a intalation date. Logan was spot on delivering and installed the furnaces. In the case of the our home furnace that was not fuctioning at all Logan and his team installed a new one the very next day! In both cases after installation Logan walked me through the function of the furnaces and has given us incridible support anytime needed. I would recommend Simply Installs as they are Simply spot on in every aspect that I contractor should be.
Description of Work: Logan and his team installed a Fuel oil forced air furnace in our main house December of 2016 and a high efficacy natural gas boiler in our rental house 2 years ago.
