This is the best company, I called them one day and they came to my house in like 20 minutes. They are very honest and there rates are great. If you leave them a message they also call you right back. I never have a problem with my furnace at all with this family owned servicing my furnace. They are the best, great communication and very honest.

This company is so amazing! They are reliable and had such a quick response when we were in an emergency situation! They are very kind and pleasant work with! They fixed our furnace when others said they couldnâ  t! I would highly recommend them!

Our vacation homes furnace was not functioning during a very cold stretch of weather. We live 240 miles away. Called Andrews Property Maintenance in the morning and they were on site in 2 hours to assess the problem and provide a temporary fix to get the heat running while the parts were ordered preventing possible frozen pipes. Three days later they replaced the motor on our furnace. I was made to feel like I was the most important customer they have, through outstanding customer service. They communicated with me every step of the way and explained in laymans terms what needed to be replaced. The cost of the service was very fair,

This company is absolutely amazing! They are very personable and a family run business. They were very reactive to our call and broke down every small detail for us. They were very quick and very efficient as well! Iâ ve never felt more comfortable inviting someone into my home for any kind of service. They are now my and my families new go to for any services we need!

When another company told us we had to have our furnace replaced, Andrews Property Maintenance came in and fixed it quickly and the repair was only a couple hundred dollars instead of over $5000. We have since had them install a new Central Air system and new propane gas lines for an addition. They even helped us get our water heater and furnace back online after basement flooding. Tom and Brandy are always great to work with and quick to respond.

They called me and made an appointment for three weeks away. I waited the three weeks. When I called them to see if they were still coming they said they were not coming to do the work. They said that I would not sign a waiver for the warranty, when it was my idea for me to sigh for the waiver. They would not answer my calls, I had to find out through HEAP that they were not coming. They left me hanging for three weeks without telling me they were not coming. Very disappointed to say the least.

He put in a hot water heater for us as well as a new pipe to get our outdoor water spigot working again. Then he put in a new toilet and breather pipe. Very clean, confident, and exceptionally professional. The cost was approximately what I expected. He works quickly and with quality in mind. I highly recommend Andrews Property Maintenance.

We had a very good experience with Tom. From the time he responded to our Home Advisor inquiry regarding installing a new furnace thru completion of the job he was professional, accommodating and so easy to work with. We plan to work with him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Tom is exceptional. Incredibly respectful, courteous, motivated. Answered all 700 questions I had and kept his positive attitude. Great work ethic was refreshingly nice to see from a young man in this day in age. I will use him for any future projects

When they finally came the work was fine and they cleaned up but I called several times and emailed several times between July when they first came and sept 30 when they finally came. No answers to either until a secretary called me in mid September to set up appt. I found that disturbing. No matter how busy you are a short call or return email is just a courtesy to a customer that is spending $4000.

Very friendly. Very professional. His recommendations for the repair went beyond the basic fix for the problem. This made the end product better than before. We got a great fix to our problem at a terrific value. We would use Mr. Andrews again.

Made an appointment on-line. They never called to confirm nor did they show up. I needed them on the date I specified. I do not have time to chase them down.
