The job went very well from start to finish. Workmen were polite courteous clean up after themselves.

Estimate was quick and great. Only complaint I have is their lack of communication. After signing the contract and paying my deposit, I didnt hear from them for 3 weeks, which I didnt mind at first because it said the job wouldnt get done for 2-3 weeks, but it would have been nice to set up a date and time from time of contract signing. Steve was quick with response and said it would get done that weekend. When the guys arrived to complete the job, they were unsure what exactly they were doing (replacing broken piece or whole strip of faschia) which led me to believe there was a lack of communication there too. I ended up getting what I paid for and I'm happy its finally fixed, but communication could be much better.

We recently had our roof & gutters replaced. Jason and his crew were on time, professional and highly skilled. We are extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

Can’t say enough how dependable, professional & knowledgeable this company and ALL their employees are !! They were always on time, and answered any questions I may have had. I had a wonderful experience with Xterior Solutions. They did a beautiful job. I could not be more pleased. I’ve attached the before and after of my new roof and skylights. The customer service was outstanding. Any small issues I had were addressed immediately by Matt Sullivan and the owner Jason Tabor. After their work was finished, the area was spotless with very little evidence that they were even here. Except for my beautiful new roof and skylights, of course. I would very highly recommend them!

The job was professionally done. This wasn't the best of summers for a new roof between periods of rain. Additionally, I needed additional paperwork for approval by the homeowner's association. Matt, our salesman, helped work through the obstacles to completion of the roof and installation of new gutters. The job foreman, Louis, was very professional and accommodating. The roof took three days. They started early to assure that the job would be completed in the timeframe. All old shingles, paper, nails were efficiently disposed by the time the job was finished. The dumpster was removed first thing the next workday. The roof and gutters look perfect. The gutters were installed in a matter of hours and old materials also were efficiently disposed of. Through the last two torrential rains since the roof was installed, there have been no issues. (The roof had been finished three weeks ago, and the gutters were just installed.) I have nothing but good to say about Exterior Solutions.

All was on schedule and was professionally done. If I had any questions or concerns, the sales manager got right back to me. I would definitely recommend the Company to other people.

Had a leaking roof and attempted to repair leak. Roof is 13 years old and there was damage to roof sheeting as well. Original shingles only had maybe 4 years or so of life left. Steve and Jason were more than helpful with this issue and after the repair just wasn't able to fix the issue we all decided a complete roof replacement was the best option. The entire company from the owner Jason to sales Steven to all the workers were phenomenal to work with. Prompt communication, prompt to perform the work and made the entire process painless and easy to swallow. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and will definitely choose Xterior Solutions for any and all future work to our home. Would give more than 5 stars if possible but this is a unquestionable 5 star rating.

Work was timely, efficient and workers were polite, and they were respectful of my yard and gardens. When they left, I had a great roof installation and the site was immaculate. Steve the Sales Associate was always in-touch, appeared on-site and kept me informed as me progressed. Just a great experience and very good pricing.

I contacted Xterior after seeing multiple good reviews here on Angie's List. We had a problem with our roof leaking in an area where the chimney meets the slope of the roof line. The sales rep, Jason, responded promptly to my request for an inspection and quote. The quoted price seemed fair considering the scope of work. The work was done within about three weeks of signing the contract. Given the unusual weather, almost daily rain, I was satisfied with the turnaround time for completion. The crew were pleasant, they did a good job of removing and replacing vinyl chimney siding without damage, replacing plywood that had deteriorated, installed new flashing, and were able to match up new shingles with the old. Overall we were very satisfied with the service, and would hire them again for this type of repair job.

After a lousy consultation from a 'big-box' store regarding home siding, we felt a bit overwhelmed by how challenging it may be to obtain new home siding for our 1931 craftsmen style home. This is our first home so we need to be able to trust and connect the professionals that we hire to do the job well. And trust we found in Xterior Solutions! Steve from Xterior was personable, knowledgeable, and always kept the communication easy and open on the progress of our project. There was no question to small or to big and we really appreciated his help throughout the entire process. The workers were pleasant, accommodating, and completed a fantastic job! Quality workmanship and great side walk appeal

Job went great. Every phase on time. The crews were experienced and professional. Clean up was so good it was like they were never here. I had 3 bids on this job. The bids were competitive. Xterior Solutions gave a detailed comprehensive bid. I knew what every phase would cost including materials. The owner, Jason Tabor came by during and after the work was completed for a walk thru to insure my satisfaction. I would hire Jason and his company again.

Xterior Solutions was recommended by a neighbor, who was one of many in our development to have them install a new roof. Matt from Xterior was so helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. He arrived on time and discussed some possible causes for our situation. Later that same day a team member came over (again, right on time!) went up to the roof and took photos which they shared with us. Matt and his colleagues agreed that our immediate plan to caulk the area was the best next step (and economical!) and would likely fix the problem for a few years. We will proceed with requesting an estimate should a more major repair be required and would recommend them to others.

Our replacement roof project went very well. They were able to do our work weeks ahead of the expected date, which was great for us. The workers were punctual, pleasant, and neat.

They did a excellent job, finished in two days for the roof then did the gutters. I would use them again.
