Description of Work: I needed estimates for roof work. Xterior was prompt and professional. Although I did not use them, I certainly will keep them in mind for the next job.

Description of Work: Installed a new roof. They were fast, courteous and cleaned up after the install. Very nice job.

Description of Work: Extra work had to done to make repairs beyond the checkup price point so it was more costly. Repairs were done and the leak has stopped.

Description of Work: I foolishly responded to an "angie's special" price of $99 to check my roof and give an estimate. If I just went to the vendor's website, I would have discovered estimates are FREE. Anyway, their estimate too high compared to other estimates (gotten free through HomeAdvisor).

Description of Work: Replaced Roof. Roof installed perfectly, but very messy. As of November I am still finding nails around the property. Over 100 old and new nails have been found. Gutters full of asphalt shingle pieces. Good work, bad clean up.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof for us. Because of the lay of the land, the dumpster could not be situated conveniently for them. Removing the old roof was messier than usual. And then a huge wind kicked up to blow debris around. But, a very thorough clean up was done the next day. Also what impressed me was that it was a few days later before I noticed a repair that hasn't been completed properly. One email to Jason and there was someone on site the next morning to fix it.

Description of Work: Jose and his crew put a removed the old asphalt shingle from our roof and put on new shingles and a layer of ice and water shield to fix leaks in our kitchen and living room. They were very personable, super efficient and very clean. They cleaned up every scrap of debris and the job they did on the roof is great. Leaks are gone and I feel confident that should I have any issues (which I doubt!) that they will address them. Tom, the sales manager who gave us an estimate and explained the product and service was also excellent, friendly and knowledgable. These guys are real professionals and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced existing roof. It went very well. Jason was very professional and was able to schedule me in and get the job done quickly since there were leaks. The job turned into something bigger once the old shingles were removed and rotted plywood had to be replaced. The whole process still went smoothly and I'm very happy with the result. Price was a little higher than others, but you get what you pay for. Good service and good product.

They did a nice job with removal of old roof and cleaning up debris from yard.I would recommend them for roof replacements.The new roof looks great and its got a 10 yr workmanship warrenty with it.

Description of Work: Installed two sets of Windows.the Windows look great. Installation was very neat. Jason was great to work with. Jason always responds quickly and follows through on questions. Already have several more projects in the works. Never had such a professional and pleasant contractor!
