The initial consultation was clear and well explained by the Rep, Jason. I felt totally comfortable with what work needed to be done and how it would be executed. Once the work began, there were no surprises in terms of add ons. the employees were polite, prompt, thorough and tidy. They ensured that all debris was removed from mine and my neighbor's property. The company uses good products and does not cut corners when it comes to the workmanship. Lastly, there were only two small glitches (one was out of the contractor's hands), which I would not even mention if it weren't for the Rep's response: initially, I had contracted for gutters to be replaced on one side of the house. However, in an effort to ensure my complete happiness and satisfaction (which I already was), the Rep authorized replacement of all the gutters. Now, that's customer service! Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to friends and family. BTW, if they are still running the sale for a new roof, take it. Two of my friends replaced roofs and their costs was $13,000+.

Jason and his crew did a wonderful job installing our new roof. His team was punctual and finished the job on time and on budget. Jason was very professional and we are happy with his work.

It went very good. About 5 guys were here and they seemed to be quick and efficent. After the job was done, I was brought up on the roof to view all the work that was done. My only complaint is that they parked a dumpster in the driveway for all of the debris, and the dumpster made dents into the asphalt. And I am still finding nails outside. But otherwise, very professional, very prepared.

It went great. I liked best the workmanship, the time that it was done and the bottom-line was they worked well within the budget I had. They were always on time.

Everything went very well. At my first meeting with Jason, he professionally presented his company and explained what he could do with re-siding my tired-looking house. We also discussed replacing the living room picture window. He mentioned that he himself would not be doing the work, but one of his crews would do that. He offered a reasonable price I could afford, and a couple of days later, we agreed to go ahead with the project and planned it for the following month. On the appointed day, Ed and Jesse showed up, the work started on time, and while we encoutered a few rain delays, the project was soon finished, and the house looked sooooo much better. Ed encountered a lot little obstacles like faucets, oil pipes, fixtures, television/cable wires, a propane line etc, and took care of everything just fine. The crew had a tough time getting the installed a/c unit out of the wall, and the old picture window was being a bit difficult too, but the job got done. While Jason was very punctual for any of our appointments, I will say that I never quite knew what time Ed and Jesse would show up.... it could be anytime from 8:30 on. It didn't really matter, though,as I was going to be here anyway. And it would have been a nice touch if they called on a rain day to confirm they wouldn't be coming. I enjoyed working with Jason, and I arranged for Xterior to install a new front door entry way.

I found them through Angie's List and they had a lot of excellent ratings there so I picked them out. There was not anything in particular beyond that that made them stand out and I was not completely happy with the work that they did. I come to find out from talking to other people that there might have been better ways to get the work done. There might have been a more correct or a more quality work that could have been done than what they provided but their price was excellent. In fact, they were probably too cheap. I would give the quality of their work a 'C' grade based on the review of another roofer afterwards but they were responsive and punctual.

Jason was very professional and confident of his business. Each meeting was scheduled, honored, and I was always given a courtesy call to confirm beforehand. His staff are very polite, friendly and consistent. I was expecting a 3 to 4 day job, but it was completed in a day and a half. Jason himself also comes to survey the work and discuss any extra details or materials. His proposals are not lacking information and the estimates are fair. Overall, the experience was comfortable and the needs happily met. Thank you and the Xterior staff!

We knew when we closed on our new house that the roof was the first thing we'd need to have replaced -- it hadn't been repaired since 1987. Being first-time homeowners, we didn't totally know what we were doing. After doing a little bit of research, we got three quotes from companies we found on Angie's List. We liked Jason Tabor (the owner) right away, his quote was competitive, and we felt like we could trust him right off the bat. During our first meeting, Jason came with a multi-media presentation that outlined his history in the roofing/siding/windows business, and he provided a bunch of references. He arrived with shingle samples in hand, talked us through every detail of what would be required of the job, and let us know the price of plywood sheathing if any of it would need to be replaced. We were impressed that he came to our first meeting with measurements of the roof -- he'd gotten them online, which saved us a lot of time and guess work in that initial meeting. Jason was accessible via text and phone in the days leading up to the job, throughout the work, and since as questions came up. He checked in before work started, and checked everything once it was all finished. We are incredibly happy with the way our new roof looks (you can see the work in progress on our house blog at http://highlandranch.wordpress.com/2014/05/10/roof/), and are about to hire Xterior Solutions again to replace our gutters.

At the start, Jason Tabor came across as very organized and committed to do a good job. I was impressed that he started out our discussion with background about who he is and information about Xterior Solutions, the company he is very passionate about. My subsequent dealings with Jason and his team have been very positive experiences and he has delivered, and in some cases, over-delivered everything he committed to. I am very pleased with the job his team did to replace my roof, enclose a opening above the front door and add three new skylights to retain the sunlight In the front of the house. Jason was very patient as he guided me through the decision making process when it came to materials, warranty, styles, and colors. That time paid off with a brand new look and the confidence that the new roof and enclosure will last for many years to come. Jason and his team are a pleasure to work with and based on the work they did with the roof, I have now contracted with them to install all new exterior doors on my house. Hard work and delivery should always be rewarded.

Jason (owner of Xterior Solutions) promptly returned my call for an estimate on a new roof and gave an excellent presentation of his business and a fair estimate for all the work involved. He scheduled me in for the week before Easter as I was having company the following week and didn't want to block the driveway. His crew of workers were very efficient, skilled, and finished the job in a timely manner as well as the cleanup which was fantastic. . Jason is friendly and courteous, conducting his business in a professional manner while considering customer satisfaction as his #1 priority. Jason (owner) was impressive and knowledgeable when he came to give us a presentation of his work/ideas/suggestions. We contacted Jason and had an appointment with him within a week. He brought a lot of information and samples for us to review, along with a "personalized" pre-estimate based on our particular house/style. His price range was comparable with two other estimates we had received, but his professionalism made Xterior Solutions the obvious choice. We booked him for the following week. This was a two day job and Jason's crew was on time and worked diligently throughout the day(s). They cleaned up the entire area and left our premises in great condition. We LOVE our new roof and and thrilled with the designer color we chose. Jason and his team are amazing and we've already recommended them to neighbors!

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and Xterior Solutions. I had many estimates done for my siding, but no one was as knowledgeable and professional as Jason. His team showed up promptly every morning and worked efficiently. My house looks amazing. I couldn't be happier. I will be calling them again when I am ready to replace some windows. My wife and I were looking to have our roof done by adding a second layer of shingles over the existing layer. We called 4 contractors for bids and received 2 bids. Our decision to use Xterior Solutions was a no brainer. Jason Tabor was the only contractor to schedule an appointment so that he can inspect the roof from the attic. As it turned out, the support beam for our roof were not designed to handle the weight of 2 layers of shingles and Mr. Tabor advised us to have the old shingles removed. He also pointed out that the wood panels on our roof were made of press wood and suggested we consider using a stronger ply wood though he could replace the shingles over the existing panels. After weighing the pros and cons of keeping the press wood panels, we decided it was best to have the panels replaced. Once the decision was made to do the roof Mr. Tabor proceeded to give us an impressive presentation on his company and provided us with a fairly long list of references. Once we were done with selecting the shingles and package level, we agreed on an estimated time frame within the last week of January. Mr. Tabor kept his promise to contact us on or about January 27th and surprisingly scheduled the job for January 31, 2014. We were advised that the job would take about a day and a half. Staying true to his word, his work crew arrived around 8AM and worked until 5PM. When I arrived home from work I was surprised to find that about 75% of the work was complete. The only work that needed to be done was laying the shingles on the rear part of the roof which was completed the next day shortly after noon. I must stress how impressed my wife and I are with the quality of work done and how thorough the crew was in cleaning up the perimeter around our home. We would definitely use Xterior Solutions for future projects and we recommend their services to anyone needing roofing work done. In addition to roofing, Xterior Solutions also provides services for siding and window replacement.

Everything started the day I sent four (4) requests to four different companies by e-mail and by phone on Thanksgiving day. Jason, the owner, called me 10 minutes after I pressed enter to sent my e-mail to Xterior Solutions. I can summarize the job they did with just one word: PERFECT!. 1800 SQ FT of new roof done in one day, just before the snow next day. They removed three layers of shingles, replaced nine plywood sheets, put new shingles + ancillary components, and cleaned the property properly, better than it was before they arrived. Jason was very diligent, professional, and detail oriented. His crew did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Xterior Solutions.

How about perfect! From contract signing to work day performance was only 8 days. Crew arrived early. Tall big barn...their excellent workers knocked the job off with 15 minutes of daylight to spare! the new roof looks great and am I happy! Jason, the owner of Xterior was most professional and very kindly blew out two high gutters for me personally!!! Impressive operation. I will use them again, next on our house's roof.

Jason made sure he called to inform us ahead of time that he needed to purchase more materials for job, and he showed up promptly at time he originally scheduled. He completed the work in a timely fashion and he not only cleaned up after, but he took pictures of the repair to show us the results. I would definitely call agian to replace windows when we are ready.
