The job started on time and finished on time. The job took 2 days. They had to deal with the threat of rain, and had to cover the unfinished section overnight with tarps to assure it would remain dry. I was nervous, they appeared not to be, which helped my frame of mind. Good crew. Worked hard, but with attention to detail.

Everything went exactly according to the plan laid out. Materials and rubbish removal bin arrived the day before work was to begin. Workers arrived promptly on schedule, and were both efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with the speed with which they demolished the existing roof and replaced it with new. The entire process took less than two days. All through the job, they were thoughtful of the disposal of old materials, and at the end they did several complete sweeps to make sure there were no stray nails or other debris. The overall price of the job matched the estimate precisely, with no surprises. I was highly pleased with the overall result, as well as with the professionalism of everyone involved, from Jason Tabor the owner to each of the workers assigned to the job. I would not hesitate to use Xterior Solutions again, or to recommend them to others.

Jason was extremely professional and communication with Jason was great throughout. His crew was reliable, hard and courteous workers. His company performed exactly as he said they would. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was told Jason would call me back. It's been over a week and he still hasn't called.

They took off old roof and completely replace it. It took about 2 days,they were very professional and working with Jason was a pleasure. I called Jason and he got right back to me and was early for any meetings,very rare theses days. I have complete faith in Jason and would have his company do it again. Roof is beautiful.

Several weeks ago, We looked at the Owens Corning web site for a roofing contractor in our area. The web site showed only one Platinum installer in our area. I'd looked at other contractors and roofing competitors, and already had several quotes to compare. Jason Tabor, the owner of Xterior Solutions, gave us a very competitive quote, as well as your 50 year Platinum Protection Roofing System Limited Warranty. Jason also provided us with a guaranteed precise aerial measurement report ? which none of the other contractors provided. The professionalism, warranty, and attention to detail gave both me and my wife comfort in deciding to go with Jason and Xterior solutions in installing our roof for both our house and another house we own next door. Jason's roofing foreman, Jose, and his crew were fast, efficient, and thorough in installing the roof. They were careful in cleaning the areas around each house, and made sure nails and staples were picked up, using a strong magnet. They kept our building inspector informed on their progress, as well. I suspected that, since the old roof had been partially blown off and only temporary repairs made, that there may be some replacement of the plywood required on areas of my roof. The only area that had that problem was the last section of my house, where the roof is West facing, and strong winds are common. Replacement of those sheets of plywood was done quickly and efficiently. We feel that we received an exceptional product by an exceptional team. This past week we also had Xterior Solutions install new gutters on both houses. Again, Jason's team, Rob and a helper from E-Z Flow Gutters, installed 6" commercial seamless gutters flawlessly and quickly, with great attention to detail. We look forward to many many years of a service free roof and gutter system thanks to Jason's great teams!

Apart from some scheduling issues Jason and crew did a good job and I would recommend them for your home. The employees are really solid and helpful. Everyone went out to do their best and Jason worked through any kinks if they occurred.

Dumpster, shingle delivery and Jason's team all arrived around 8:30am and worked like beavers until the job was complete around 5PM. His men were very friendly, hard working, and respectful of private property. Jason stopped in during the initial part of the job to make sure there were no problems. He also stopped by the next morning to check on the finished work. Jason's initial visit to discuss roofing options was punctual, pleasant and informative. We chose an option, roofing material and installation date, and he called the day before the installation to confirm. We highly recommend Jason and his team.

Crew showed up on time and was professional and serious. They worked hard the whole day and were careful and respectful of the home and the grounds. Roof was replaced in one day, yard was cleaned of all debris and at the end of the day and throughout the day, Jason, the owner inspected and supervised the team. SCHEDULED FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE CANCELLED. I THOUGHT WE HAD RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 5PM BUT HE NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. I SPOKE WITH THE SECRETARY WHO SAID SHE WOULD GIVE HIM MY NUMBER BUT I STILL NEVER HEARD BACK. AFTER ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS IT WAS DISAPPOINTING. CAN'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ, I GUESS.

Jason arrived on a monday for a quick quote and estimate of work. We had a very straightforward issue, the wind had blown a piece of aluminum fascia off the house. Since I didn't have a ladder big enough, it was out of the scope of work that I could perform, otherwise I would have done this myself. His crew arrived the following friday, and fitted the new piece of aluminum fascia. Pretty straight forward. Very professional. Reliable. Would use for other projects as needed. The price was a little bit more expensive than expected, but was probably the lowest possible to get a crew out to "perform work", but was not an unreasonable cost. I'd rather pay more for a quality job anyway, which he clearly provides by all of these excellent reviews.

Jason Tabor's overall enthusiasm and confidence is what impressed me. He stands behind his company and his work. Everything was explained thoroughly, nothing hidden. Time frame was scheduled 2 weeks in advance and was met with 100% accuracy; despite the rain. I was greeted by and introduced to all workers that were on my property- very professional. My roof looks GORGEOUS! I am so happy that we chose Xterior Solutions...we will DEFINITELY use them again!

This project dragged on for four months. I first tried to get an estimate in August, and while the door was in place by the end of October, the final touches were not complete until December. My first two appointments for an estimate were cancelled, and rescheduling was difficult. FInally Jason himself dropped off a catalog, and said to call him with a couple of choices. This was fine, although actually getting the estimates took longer than I would have expected. We decided on the door and sidelights I wanted, and the installation took place a few weeks later. Some interior molding was missing, and the installer said he'd be coming back to finish that up and do some interior caulking. Right away I noticed the locks weren't functioning properly, and Jason came out the next day, and after a half-hour or so of trying to get them to function properly, he said they were no good, and he'd take then back to Home Depot to exchange them for good ones. He had a rough time getting one of the locks out of the door, but after he did, he took them back to the store and returned with replacements. He quickly installed them, and they are working fine. As far as the molding goes, the missing pieces had to be ordered, and when they finally came, they were to wrong ones, so they needed to be re-ordered. Finally the installer came back with the moldings, installed them, and did the caulking. The door looks great and I am very happy with it. However, throughout the process I had trouble reaching Jason and getting calls returned. I felt that he was dragging his feet, and that this project was a low priority for them. This is in marked contrast to earlier in the year when I had Xterior Solutions put vinyl siding on the house. Communication and responsiveness was much better on that project. That being said, the work done was excellent. And Jason's primary installer, Ed, is a pleasure to work with.

We initially had a scheduling conflict but Jason the president personally called me to apologize and that goes a long way for me. Tom was sent for the estimate and he was excellent he went above and beyond with their services and product information.. His estimate was right on my budget. I chose to go with them because the reviews ultimately shows they are the best.

Although we only had a small job, Jason was prompt and responsive. He is a gem, highly recommended.
