Initial response from an online inquiry was quick. Sales process was informative and consultative. The office did a great job of communicating and the crew was great. They were courteous and respectful. Showed up when they said they would, did great work and even though roofing jobs are dirty in nature, they left the place very clean. They used top grade materials. There was very good follow up. We are very pleased.

Everything went very well. They came right away and in a timely fashion and did the work efficiently. They originally were just supposed to fix the roof on my shed, but I asked if they could fix a piece of siding that had fallen off and they did without issue. The roof on the shed is still in good condition as well. I would recommend this company for larger jobs.

Roofing experts they are for sure. Hardworking and honest people. This company and its crew were nothing short of outstanding. They did an excellent job and were fastidious about cleaning up afterward.

Two men came to this 2 story house the day after we called to reattach the piece of metal. They were prompt, careful, and made sure the piece was now attached more securely.

It went extremely well. The crew were consistently on time, worked all day except for a lunch break, constantly cleaned up as they were working, and, were pleasant and extremely professional.

It went fine except at the end... the gutters were not done as I expected but I mentioned it to the owner and he came back and fixed the problem. I definitely would use again and recommend. I am very fussy.

In December I decided to give him a call, because he never came to do the job. He apologized that he miss placed my contract with other paper work and he completely forgot about me. That didn't worm me up, so I immediately requested my money back. I've lost time while I could have contracted a serious company to do the job he failed to do. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY KIND OF JOB unless he can buy a drawer so he can organize his paper work.

They didn't look carefully at things. They misjudged what was up on the roof just in his estimates and then, one person comes out and then that person disappears and then there is someone else to talk to. So I wasn't going to use them. It wasn't the same person doing the estimates and then being in contact and then he just glanced at the roof. I knew from other estimates that he had misjudged like how many layers were on the roof and what was the situation up there. I didn't feel like I could trust them. There was something about them that set me off from the beginning.

We had a leak in our roof we discovered this summer. Had 3 estimates by top rated companies on Angie's List. Jason and his company Xterior Solutions came in at the best price and instilled confidence with his plan. Work was started and completed on the day it was planned for. Plywood all needed to be replaced which was a surprise but they were ready for it and it didn't delay the project. They cleaned up well afterwards and Jason came to inspect the work the next day. Very pleased with the job done and with the warranty. Great team! Don't hesitate to hire!

Awesome work! Quick, responsive and neat. Matt was wonderful to deal with, his crew worked quickly to get the job done and cleaned up after. Matt and Jason both stopped by to check on the work while it was underway. We will definitely call on them for future work.

Everything went very well. There was a good selection of shingle designs to select from. I live in a planned community which requires prior approval, and Xterior was prompt in providing all necessary to information to get approval without any delays. The crew was one time and completed the job on schedule. The areas was thoroughly cleaned and all material removed at the end of the work.

Jason was fantastic. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process, and his crew arrived at the same time each day and were all very friendly. They called us a few days before they started the project to give us the starting date. From that date on, they were there every day, all day, until the project was done. Unlike some of the projects we've completed with other contractors, we really felt like our project was a priority. Our house looks amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We're recommending Jason to everyone!

Everything went Great. Jason,first came to our house and evaluated our existing roof & gave us a written estimate for all the work. Jason scheduled the work & his crew showed up as scheduled,on time,meticulously & expeditiously completed the job in one day. Jason's crew worked as a true team with expert craftsmanship. They were great. I was impressed by how quickly the whole process went, both the estimate and scheduling part, and the actual work.

Excellent job. Old roof shingles were removed and work site was completely cleaned up, including grassy areas around the foundation. Work was performed very professionally by a large work crew. Job was completed in 2 days. I would definately use them again. My neighbor across the street came over and said how great the roof now looks from her kitchen window!

Jason and his guys are the best out there. They removed and installed roughly 2400 square feet of roof within 4 days. Front side of house has steep pitch and they also put down a rubber epdm roof over the flat breezeway that connects the house to garage. Replaced all plywood that was rotted, put down 6ft of ice and water shield up the front half of the roof instead of the usual 3 and also around the dormers. While installing the epdm they removed the last row of clap board and we're sure to run the rubber up the house to the second row to ensure nothing was making it way through. Opted for the deck defense as opposed to the regular 40lb felt which is considerably more money and a superior product and yet his overall price was still very reasonable. The crew was very curtious and cosiensous of the debris from the old roof and made sure to clean up best they could. The guys really went at it hard and that's saying alot considering the temperature for the majority of the time they were working was in the teens and twenties and wind was blowing about 15-20 mph each day. Can't speak highly enough about Xterior solutions and have already recommended them to 3 people who are looking at possibly putting on new roofs. Jason, the owner is a great guy who is very professional and yet personable at the same time and is what a young business owner today should strive to emulate. !WOW, I AM IMPRESSED. I CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE ABOUT WATER LEAKING FROM THE LIVING ROOM CEILING... THE ANSWERING SERVICE TOLD ME I COULD HAVE AN APPT THE NEXT DAY. JASON CAME, CRAWLED AROUND IN THE ATTIC, FOUND WATER ON THE FLOOR, UNDER MY PLASTIC WRAPPED INSULATION, THEN HE WENT OUTSIDE UP TO THE ROOF AND FOUND A LIKELY CULPRIT, THE FLASHING AROUND THE CHIMNEY.. HE SEALED IT EXPLAINING TO ME HOW IT CAME ABOUT AND WE WILL SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING MORE IN A MONTH. iT WAS FAST, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL! I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE.

The owner Jason took time to explain everything to us and offered a great price & warranty. I especially liked that they do not use inferior shingles & only use quality material. The work performed was professional. The workers were hardworking, friendly & cleaned up after the job. I am very satisfied with this company.
