The man showed up on time and was professional said that the company charged by the hour- stupid me. He went to get the cement board at the home depot 5 minutes from the house and took an hour, then he took another three hours to cut the tile and the cement board. He didn't grout it and he had to return because he didn't cut the tile enough to allow the handles to go on.
Description of Work: The technitian replaced 4 tiles and cement board, the tiles had already been cut out of the wall as well as the section of cement board
