Description of Work: After getting a chimney cleaning in the fall by a company that told me I had level three creosote buildup and I shouldn't use my chimney anymore until I had a chemical cleaning done, a friend told me about Lane's Chimney Cleaning. They came out and told me that I was being scammed, my chimney looked fine. Thank goodness - otherwise I would have spent almost $1k on a chemical cleaning!

 + 0 moreThey were on time and did a very professional job. I mentioned that I also had a small sauna stove chimney which they looked at and told me it didn't need cleaning. I will use them again.

 + -1 moreArrived on time Were very courteous Prepared the cleaning sites by putting down clean tarps from the house entrance to the units to be cleaned Took everything apart and did a meticulous cleaning of both the chimneys and the wood burning stoves Cleaned up all evidence that they were ever there Did NOT try to sell me things I didn't need. A genuine pleasure to do business with. Will have them back next year for sure.
