 + -1 moreHe mowed the lawn - never responded back regarding any other service. He never returned phone calls, e-mails, or notes on invoices. They were here for nine minutes, never trimmed or cleaned up. We called a week in advance to request every other week service when dry season hit and there was no lawn to mow - as usual no call back to acknowledge our request and they charged us for the service the day they shouldn't have come even though we caught them and told them we requested every other week.
Description of Work: Originally promised to lime, till, and plant seed as well as weekly lawn mowing.

 + -1 moreIt started out very positive & the experience quickly went downhill AFTER I posted a good recommendation.
Description of Work: I contracted to have leaf cleanup, bushes trimmed, snow removal & general yard cleanup. After the initial work when I gave them a RAVE review, they slacked off totally. I have pictures to prove it. I sent them a text message with the pictures telling them I was very unhappy (this after a phone conversation with the wife about the snow removal service), & told them they would not get one more penny from me unless they did right by me. I had sent them the pictures to document what was wrong & indicated I was waiting for a reply. When I got up one morning, I found that they had come to cut my grass & they did not do a very good job, & NOTHING else I had complained about had been touched! They again sent me a bill the other day for a balance of $145.00, which in my opinion, I do not owe them. They owe me the service I contracted for because several of the things they were supposed to do I had to either do myself or ask someone else. I am on disability & I need someone dependable.
