Technician was thorough and informative and made sure to let me know what he found and what to expect. Time will tell if I continue to have pests but my initial visit was great! I like also they don’t try to push you into ongoing services; just a “let’s see how it’s going in a couple months and you decide if you need us back.”

Kellys quote and contract was misleading. A four day job took almost three weeks causing my to cancel my vacation plans. Two guys with shovel and picks took two weeks to dig out my foundation. Showed up late, left early, plus lunch and lots of break left me paying for lots of lost time. They ruined 300sq feet of my yard beyond the necessary trench because they didnt put down tarp to pile the dirt on. Damaged my gutter down spouts, failure to protect the foundation caused flooding of my foundation multiple times, didnt do the job to code, failing to daylight my foundation drain. Left excess dirt and rocks in my yard and didnt tamp down my backfill leaving much more settling to come than necessary. Not insured on their website, not BBB and an LLC, plus they are no longer part of the organization that held standards for members, just lets me know this business is about making a buck. Kelly had no idea how to quote this job and I know that after the fact because he kept wanting to charge me for stuff that should be automatically included in a foundation drain and waterproofing. The lead, Shane, and one other guy showed up but it was supposed to be a crew of four which it wasnt until the owner came back from vacation and realized how behind they were. Then they did a rush job causing issues. My deck wasnt reattached properly and now is a safety hazard. Ill be reaching out to the AG for the contractual issues and their failure to abide by code when doing foundation work.

Received call back right away. Everyone was pleasant and easy to understand what they will do and recommend if more would be needed. Very happy to see they were able to get here next day and did not try to upsell more service than I needed. Very pleased.

In the beginning, the company was decent. However, they did not complete all of the jobs and had to come back a few times to fix them ( sealing the floor and adding a pressure reader, and adding piping). When we started having some issues with our radon levels not being as low as they should be. I tried to reach out to the company many times and they would ignore or push off my calls. They actually put the radon fan inside of the house which is not okay. I had no idea at the time. I trusted this company and they did not do a good job. I would not recommend them to anyone for any job.

They were very quick and easy work with.

They were the first company that got back to me which was within a couple of hours. They were able to come the next day to spray. The technician realized that the quote they had given me was for some services that were not needed so he called the office and had the price reduced by $60. He came back a couple of days later to make sure the spraying had taken care of the problem and to seal up the cracks where the bees had entered.

The gentleman came out and sprayed for the bee issue we had in our home. We did have to call him back which he promptly came out the next business day to make sure the bees did not come back. All is done and we are able to move around the house without bees flying around in the house Excellent job done
