after they finished the job under the kitchen sink, I had a problem with the water pressure. I received a response by email that they felt it was not their problem and they refused to sent a technician down to check the problem. Thereafter, they no longer responded to my phone calls. On initial call, Aubriana was very sweet, however, the customer service with the project manager and owner was terrible. So, no I would not recommend.

I hired them to remove old fiber glass insulation in attic and replace with blown in cellulose insulation along with sealing airflow from the 1st floor. The job was quoted as taking 3 days, it took 5 days and then we had them come back for items that were not up to par. No doubt this is dirty, hot, nasty work and for that I appreciated their efforts. But to honest I felt we had to squeeze them to get the best possible service possible. The workers arrived at 10am earliest and did about 4-5 hrs of work each day. We had lower quotes but went with the because of the 0% loan 6 mos loan and their paperwork showed their insurance. On paper they look professional, but I think their follow through is somewhat lacking.

They failed to mitigate our radon, came back twice and charged us twice as much, and we still had to hire another company to come and completely redo their work. Very nice people but would not recommend their efficacy.

I hired them to find and remove the source of the mold in bathroom. What the did was remove all the visible mold. If the mold comes back after i in stalled a fan at their recommendation in bathroom, the job was a failure. IWM

WORST EXPERIENCE! EVER! If you want to hire a company that DOES NOT stand behind their work or products & to be told LIES repeatedly, then Expediant is the one to hire... As another customer complaint states â They are great about taking your money but not returning what is due to you.â I learned this fact the hard way. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews & chosen a more reputable company in my area. I spent $5,000 for mold remediation & an over-priced dehumidifier. A few months after installation, the dehumidifier malfunctioned, filled with water, overflowed & destroyed the counter where the technicians installed it. I contacted them to let them know about the issue & they told me to call MY insurance company for the damage! Their technicians lied & said I asked for it to be moved from the floor to the counter. That's asinine since the drain hose is only 23" long. The office manager said they ONLY SOLD the unit, they would need to send it back to the manufacturer, who would have to determine the problem. I was told they'd pick it up on Dec. 28. They NEVER showed up. I left the unit outside under the breezeway, in case they came the next day. No one ever called to say they weren't going to make it that day or made an attempt to set up another pick-up date. The office manager claims they made a 2nd attempt, but I have cameras outside my home. THEY NEVER CAME! Since I was getting NOWHERE & seemed to just be getting the run-around with the company, I hired a lawyer. My lawyer sent them a Claim for Damages: $1,800 for the defective dehumidifier & $1,000 for the replacement of the counter. In a response letter, they claim they're not responsible if the client moves the unit. I NEVER MOVED THE UNIT! Apparently, they're not liable either if there is "some type of mechanical defect." As I stated earlier, they claim to have made two attempts to pick up the unit, yet it still sits in the same spot I placed it for them on Dec. 28! In their response, they state that, "Upon arrival the unit could not be located." They couldn't locate the unit because THEY NEVER CAME! Then they stated they couldn't reach me by phone, Andre, the salesman had no problem reaching me when he received the letter from my lawyer!! He called & said I need to call him RIGHT AWAY! LIES, LIES, LIES! I just want my $1,800 back for this defective, outrageously priced dehumidifier & I want the damaged counter in the basement replaced. I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. To be lied to over & over again & be taken advantage of is very frustrating. Despite the fact that they're only the â middle-man,â if they were a professional, reputable company, THEY would stand behind ANY device they sell, since the company selected these products to sell to their customers.
