They did the mold remediation job, as promised, in several steps over 2 days. Very professional, punctual, fully explained the process, and left everything clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent, well-informed, and energetic representative came to the house. He was great. The recommended procedure was structural pasteurization, which is very effective, but out of my price range. And the industrial-strength air purifier and dehumidifier to keep the 21 year guarantee is also out of my price range. If I could afford it, this would be my hire!

Service was outstanding but I required a different approach to solving my water issue and was too early in my remodel to use their services. Patrick and his team were very straight forward and gave me all the options I had and educated me on the issues. I would hire them with no hesitation for the next phase of my remodel

Did not eliminate mold. Failed to honor guarantee.

Basically a good consumer experience. Only concern was they couldn't get the mold color out, but they provide an eight year guarantee which, if honored if any further evidence of mold - will make this a great consumer experience.

im very disappointed in the "salesman" that came.I specifically told him i was concerned about my air ducts(the musty and mildew odor,and layer of haze in the air),but he was more concerned with trying to sell me their $2100.00 air purifier,rather then diagnosing the problem. I also paid him $215.00 to do an air test,and i asked him if i should turn on my a/c considering thats where the problem was,(and tried to tell him it hadnt been turned on since january),but he said not to turn it on,and i felt "how is he going to tell me whats coming out of the ducts if the units not running?"

Service was offered on the same day. Expert showed up on time; did a thorough evaluation and provided estimate plus his notes. Professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. Customer service, excellent!

Cancelled the service because the buyer if my property opted out of yhe purchase. They charged my credit card before scheduling the service. I called to let them know I would no need their service. They would not issue a credit to my card. Said they would send me a check. Iam now forced to pay interest on the amount.
