Scheduled an appointment AND confirmed twice and they did not show up at the time THEY set up. Took off 2 1/2 hours of work and they did not show up. Was not happy. Still waiting for THEM to re schedule.

The salesman showed up to do an estimate & never got back to me with a proposal.

They came in quickly and were very careful about their work. They were careful to do only what was needed. Very pleasant to work with and cleaned up nicely!

The fellows were very professional, did what had to be done in a timely fashion, cleaned up the debris and hopefully got all the mold. They helped put items moved back in place. I would recommend them.

Super professional and performed a thorough job

I hired Expediant last January to remove mold from my home and replace the items which they advised were causing the mold. During this process, damages were caused by their workmen to my home, which after weeks of back and forth with the owner, were finally compensated for. If those were the only issues, I would have given them a higher rating since it was eventually resolved. However, not even one year later, the mold has returned. I have been waiting since December 31, 2014 for an answer on how they will fulfill their warranty. The last response was pretty much something like 'I know this seems like a long time, but it really isn't'. With the length of time this has taken so far, I am not counting on Expediant to back their installation and warranty as provided in their contract.

Disappointing first customer service impression. I called them and waited 4 days for a callback, had to call them a 2nd time. THEN after the inspector visited the property, I did not hear from the company to let me know what was going on. THEN, when I finally spoke with the inspector three days after his visit, he told me that if I wanted the samples he took analyzed, I had to pay for the analysis in advance. HUH?? Why was I not told this when he came to do his inspection? I wasted valuable time, expect more of a company that does mold inspection and remediation for a living.

We had a musty odor in a sun room we are converting into a gym. The tech can on time and super heated the room for a few hours to kill the bacteria. So far, no more smell. The company was responsive, no charge for an estimate, and honored the agreement.

The two men worked very hard n did an excellent n thorough job... Also the owner and office workers were very friendly but professional .. I am just hoping to see some savings on my next energy bill

The mold inspector came in on time as promised but I was involved in a house sale. The buyers would not accept our the above offered services opting for another company .. we did not know this was required under the buyer's contract. I would have used them in a heartbeat-they were professional and polite.

There was comminications errors from the start. The foreman did not do the walk through. Cal brite is on my furnace motor and in all my vents. The staff does not talk to each other. The price was very high and only half the crew showed the first day.
