 + 3 moreAndy and his helper arrived on time. They worked all day in the rain outside. All work was completed as promised. He thoroughly cleaned up upon leaving.. Great to work with-seemed genuinely interested in helping us solve our problem.
Description of Work: Installed flashing and siding in an area where we were having ice build up and water damage to foundation. Also sistered a beam to add support to area that was not constructed correctly by previous contractor.

 + 0 moreEstimate process went well. Provider was open to listening to all that we wanted and had suggestions for fixing our problems (ice damming and water damage as a result).
Description of Work: Provider gave us an estimate for a roof replacement and other services. Provider was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. His was the first estimate that we received and are waiting to get a couple more but estimate appeared to be fair and comprehensive.

Description of Work: Quite simply an excellent experience. Andy showed up on time, looked at my house and gave me the estimate right then and there. Just by talking to him I knew he was going to be reliable and knew a lot about not only pressure washing, but about a lot of areas of construction. He wasn't sure of the day he could do the job, but told me he'd call me about it, which he did and we set up an appointment for him to do the work. Once again, he arrived promptly, and completed the work giving my house an excellent cleaning. I highly recommend him and will hire him again. I wouldn't limit the scope of his work to just pressure washing as he is primarily into contracting. Should the need arise in the future, I would definitely call him if I had a construction project. It's great to find good, honest, contractors.

Description of Work: Removed existing rooffing ply sheets, inspected, existing roofing joists, added supporting joisets where necessary, added collar ties. Replaced all roofing sheets, tar paper with ice sheeting, reset siding, gutters and shingles.
