Great company

Both Devon and Sam were good workers and very responsive to my needs. They quickly fixed two outlets and then helped me label my entire electric box in the basement. I now know which switch to use for every outlet and appliance in the house. They were efficient and organized. This is the second time using MercaWood Electric, if I need additional electric work done around the house I would certainly use them again.

I first contacted Mercawood electric to get a quote to have a hook up installed for my portable generator, to run my home in a power outage. Jeremy came buy went over the job offered me options and explained them very clearly. After deciding what hook up was best for me, a got a call from the office about 30 minutes or so later and set up an appointment for the work. They gave me a date and time, they showed up rite on time and were very professional and friendly. As Jeremy and his crew were doing the install, they answered any question I had and explained everything. After they were done Jeremy went over how to hook up the generator when I need to use it. Jeremy then shut down my power and hooked up the generator to make sure everything worked correctly. Jeremy went out of his way to take the time to explain and show me how to use the generator and how to plug it in to run my home. BEST of all, the price I was quoted was not what I paid, IT WAS LESS. So not only are they professional and friendly they are reliable and trustworthy. Great over all experience, Great job, Great company, and GREAT price. I will recommend them, in fact I gave their info to my brother, mother in law and other family members, and I will use them again. If I trust them enough to recommend to family, you know their a great company. I can't say enough about the quality of my experience from begging to end.

Showed up promptly on two separate issues I had with my breaker box. The unit was old and needed replacement. I got quotes from a couple of vendors. Mercawood quoted half as much. And once the work was done, they over quoted and the final price was even lower. Incredibly honest and dependable.

I cannot recommend MercaWood more! The team arrived at my home for our 9 am appt at 8:50 and rang my doorbell at 9:00:00. They were masked, asked if they should take their shoes off inside, communicated with me every step of the way and were overall just FANTASTIC! I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and his team!

Very good experience! Merkawood's Jeremy came promptly at the appointed time two days in a row. Jeremy listened to our needs and followed through on all points. He and another employee were courteous and professional. All of the work requested was completed to our satisfaction. We will call on this company again without hesitation when needed.

Jeremy and team were great. Installed a new outlet and dryer vent, and were very thoughtful in the installation. Highly recommend.

Jeremy and his team were great. They showed up on time, communicated everything clearly to us and answered all our questions. When any concerns came up, he was quick to remedy it. Really personable and knowledgable. Would highly recommend and will be turning to him for any of our electrical needs in the future.

Jeremy was very good and repaired an outside outlet and lighting fixture. Fixed a job another electrician botched up. Even ran to hardware store to get additional parts. Very please with his work and would definitely hire his company again.

They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. We are having a Washer/Dryer installed on our 2nd floor to be near the bedrooms. It is a 150-year-old house with plenty of issues. Jeremy and his helper ran the wire up through a closet, over a bathroom ceiling, and mounted the plug in the back of a closet. No damage and the plug looks like it has been there forever.

Jeremy Wood and his team are efficient, responsive and excellent professionals. We will use them again. Highly recommend. They replaced our outdated electrical panel and circuit breakers and the outside grounding. They also replaced our ugly kitchen overhead lighting.

I am glad I found MercaWood. Jeremy showed up to do the job, did the job and had it inspected. No hassles. What a relief.

The electrician came promptly, diagnosed the problem & explained it to me, fixed it without creating a mess, & charged me surprisingly little. Besides being capable & efficient, he was pleasant & friendly.

Jeremy was wonderful! He arrived to my home ahead of schedule and went to work right away to access our electrical issue. He explained everything as he went along, and cleaned up completely after he was finished. And, he is a friendly gentleman! I will call Mercawood Electric again if we have any electrical issues in the future because I trust Jeremy to take good care of us.

Jeremy de-installed about a dozen old ceiling light fixtures and installed new ones I had purchased. Excellent, clean and quick. Definitely recommend.
