Jeremy and Sean were so great to work with! Jeremy was very responsive. Came to our new home we just purchased to give us a quote for replacing an old electrical panel as well as fixing some loose wires and lights not working in the basement. He came, gave us a quote and also answered a million questions us first time homeowners had. He knows what he is talking about. We decided to go with Mercawood vs other electricians we got estimates from because of how great our interaction was with Jeremy as well as their reasonable estimate. Working with them was so easy. We had a big job, took an entire day of work for them but they made it so easy. I highly recommend working with Jeremy and Sean, you will not be disappointed. We already let Jeremy know we will be calling him soon when it comes time to change some light fixtures and make some upgrades. Thanks guys!

Contacted them and they answered immediately and set a time which they could be here. When they were running a little late they called and mentioned it and the reason, and they arrived. Jeremy came in, shook my hand and introduced himself and got to work. You could tell just by his demeanor when he walked in you had nothing to worry about and you weren't going to be taken to the cleaners. He found the problem quickly and also checked thee wiring; and for a nominal charge we now sleep at night. I will use no one else but this organization! Thanks Jeremy!

They deserve 6 stars! The dynamic duo of Jeremy and Sean are true professionals. They did everything we asked and more! They were great communicators in explaining everything they did. They were true detectives in their troubleshooting of the unique problems of this very old house. They worked through labyrinthine dark conditions, they quickly resolved the issues that they found, including several dangerous matters. Beyond high quality of work, extremely reasonable pricing, they gave me peace of mind. Jeremy and Sean also followed up to see that everything was right with what they fixed. They are my electricians and they are more than highly recommended! I would be a reference if anyone was seeking their service.

Fantastic follow up

I had not used this business before. Jeremy showed up on the same day I called. It was a small job (a replacement of a breaker switch) which he took care of very quickly and cheaply. I would recommend him again. It was a very good service.

Jeremy was prompt and great to explain what I wanted to. He gave me a quote and although he did a couple of minor additional without adding to the price. He gave me suggestions of upgrades I will need to building code updated.

I had spotlights replaced. He was on time and explained everything. There was a problem with the wiring due to the previous owner. He quickly diagnosed and and fixed the problem. He even added a spotlight where I did not think of placing one. He offered great advice as far as what products would work for my budget. I would recommend him for future electrical work.

Work was done within 24 hours of the inquiry (would have been sooner if we were available). Jeremy was efficient and knowledgeable in the work being completed and other electrical questions and inquiries.

I had a complete demo of my bathroom from the 1950's in October 2015 (pink everything). I had Mercawood come in and completely rewire everything back to the box for the bathroom and install all new fixtures. Courteous, on time, professional and very detailed. Super happy with the outcome!
