+ -1 moreCompleted the installations but had problems shortly after and found it extremely difficult to contact the owner to come back for a follow up. One of the components had to be replaced. Shortly after that I was having problems with the remote. Once again it was almost impossible to get in touch with the ownwer. I left messgaes at work, cell, and e-mail. The owner finally stopped by to fix the problem and I needed a new programmed remote. It took a couple of weeks to get the new remote after I made some phone calls. Shortly after I was having a problem with the I/R system. Once again, after nemerous phone calls, messages, texts,e-mails and promises, I gave up. The owner never stopped by. Once he completed the work it was like he wanted nothing to do with me. He was very unprofessional and seemed to not care about referral business. I would never recommend him.
Description of Work: Set up a surround system and camera security system.
