lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreCould never get these guys on the phone. My sit down mower just sat there for weeks, Service is poor, maibox is full all the time and when you call you can get put on perpetual HOLD ! Just really poor if not pathetic customer service, Go anywhere but here to these guys,

lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreIt went poorly. I would never use them again. See above.
Description of Work: the Mower wouldn't start--the rope would not pull. I asked them to just fix the rope and get it started. I didn't want a tune up/ blade sharpening, etc. I dropped the mower off. I called two days after. It wasn't done. I called again the next day. They said they would get back to me. They didn't. I called 3x and each time they said they'd call me back but didn't. Finally, they had had my mower for two full weeks and I called them to tell them I was picking it up after work, fixed or not. They said they would call me back. They actually did and they said they would look at it that day. (In two weeks, they hadn't looked at it??!!) I said I was picking it up that evening. They did have it ready, they got it started and charged me for a carburetor kit. It worked for two weeks and I then it would not start again. I took it to another shop who cleaned out the carburetor and it's been running fine ever since. About 3 days after I picked up my mower, my neighbor asked me to go retrieve hers. They had had hers for 3 weeks and wouldn't call her back and had not even looked at it yet.
