Description of Work: I called Millwood asking about taking care of a hornet problem.

Description of Work: Like many other homeowners in our area, we experienced an infestation of cave crickets. Millwood showed up promptly and set up glue traps in all areas the crickets were likely to be found. They also explained why poisons, baits, and sprays were unlikely to work. The glue traps worked very well, and the problem was solved. Several years earlier, Millwood treated a wasp problem. Again, they were prompt and professional. They explained that the wasps were aattracted into the house by lights left on in the basement. They destroyed the nest, which was a foot in diameter and inside the house, without chemicals. Problem solved. These guys are good!

Description of Work: Harry from Millwood came over to our house and confirmed that we had a yellowjacket infestation. He described what he needed to do and the steps he would take. He then inspected the entire outside of the house to see if there were any other nests. He donned his paraphenalia in order to avoid getting bitten (good thing he did), then carefully applied the two types of pesticides to get rid of the problem. A couple of days later a few stragglers showed up and after a quick phone call he came right over to make another application - no charge as it was under the guarantee. We definitely appreciate his professionalism and friendliness.
