LOOKS GREAT SERVICE

A cherry tree's trunk split in the severe cold and high winds. and branches were blown towards the house and roof. Marcus, supervisor, came to evaluate the situation, and explained how the tree might heal. We decided to try and save the tree, and it was pruned accordingly, along with two other cherries and a locust tree. Worker Steve was extremely polite and competent. I have used this company before, they are very reliable and trustworthy..

I noticed the problem on 7/4/17. I called Looks Great early the next morning. Marcus was at my house in ten minutes to assess the situation and quote a price for all the work. He was back in a couple of hours to remove the tree, and a crew came back the next day to do all the other pruning.

You won't go wrong using them. Just two employees came out to take care of it, they were here from eight in the morning to about four. They come promptly, they come when you expect them to. They do a solid job and didn't leave anything behind. They got up in a tall tree that looked kind of dangerous which was neat to see.

Sandy left a mess in the area and their response during this busy period was outstanding.

After Superstorm Sandy, I could not get any tree companies to even answer their phone. I was lucky to get one estimate from a local company, but when I called them back to get the work done, they said and quot;call back in 3 weeks, we are too overwhelmed.and quot; When I left a message for Looks Great, he called me back within an hour, was at my house within 20 more minutes and gave an estimate. I hired him on the spot. They came back that evening, removed the tree off of my house within 30 minutes! Then, Jim came to my door and said, we have to remove the rest of that tree, it's a safety issue... I won't charge you any extra.and quot; I agreed, but I was in shock. This is New York; EVERYTHING costs extra! I saw them carrying heavy log after log, branch after branch to the curb. They worked so hard. Another 45 minutes. Then they raked the leaves too! I could not have been more impressed and more than satisfied! Then he came to the door and I thanked him tremendously and he said, and quot;I didn't just do it for you, I did it for your little one.and quot; (I live alone with a 6-year old girl). I'm still in shock. There's still nice people in the world. :)

They were prompt and very professional. They called back when I left messages, unlike other places, who don't call or come as scheduled. Everything went on well and I will continue to use their services in future.

I have used them 4 times. Every time they have been fantastic. I have had great experience both the workers as well as the estimator. They go above and beyond with all that they do.

I THINK MY LOCAL TREE SERVICE IS VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK AT THE TIME THEY PROMISED. THEY CLEANED UP FAIRLY WELL WHEN THEY THE JOB WAS COMPLETE.
