My exceptional experience began by my first calling IMS OnLine. After explaining my concerns over my computers, I was given an appointment must faster than I anticipated. I thought I would have to wait a week or so, but within a day, the "computer genius" Mr. BC came to our house on April 4th, 2018. He was punctual and polite. Mr. BC is very knowledgeable in the world of computers and printers. He patiently answered all my questions, tested the computers before he left and asked if we had any questions. I was very pleased with the service we received. I certainly would recommend this company. Actually, I already did!

They did a nice job. The equipment works well now. They also fixed a computer for me about 4 years ago. My wife was satisfied. We dropped it off to them and they were able to fix it within a week. They have done good work on my computer, so I felt comfortable with them working on the speaker. Everything was very straight forward with high quality service.

They did a fine job. I took it to them and they were able to fix the issue. Their follow up was great. They kept me informed on progress any follow up. They had it for about a week. I have not had any issues with the computer since. They are very attentive and everything was fine.

I could not have been more pleased with their work. They greeted me very nicely when I showed up. They listened to what I need done. I had a quite complicated project for them and they fully understood what I needed done. They gave me a fabulous price. They were able to save my computer case but rebuilt the inside to make it a modern computer. They were able to transfer all of the data over. They missed some data, and were very apologetic and fixed the issue immediately. They are just great people to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They are quite good. They prices are fair. They do not inflate their prices. You can either drop off your computer for repairs or they can come to you. Having them out at the house does not cost much either. When they came out, scheduling was easy and they showed up right on time.
