Had a 1-2 appointment. At 2:39 got a call was running late. Never heard from them again

Jim and Jeanmarie successfully operate a local, family owned irrigation company that most neighbors use. In May 2016 they replaced three zones, added another and installed a new timer box conveniently located outside after after our pool, patio and landscaping projects were completed. They later did both the winter turn off and spring 2017 turn on including the replacement of three heads on our front zones. All the work was completed to my satisfaction and why I will continue to use them and recommend Harbor Irrigation. Thank you -Jim M

the process went fine; The workers came and went without any major problems. I do think they can improve the service by asking their customers how often they want the system to kick on. My grass still looks abit dry and I suspect the sprinklers aren't working at full capacity.

I had called them to repair my irrigation system. I told them over the phone exactly what the problem was and what needed to be repaired. They quoted me a price for the fix over the phone. They were late for the appointment and then the unintelligible guy who showed up said he couldn't fix it! He didn't have the proper parts in his truck. I was charged for a service call even though the guy did absolutely NOTHING on my property. Barely got out of the truck and then told me I would need to pay for an additional service call to have it repaired. I told them not to bother and had another vendor do the repair.
