I bought the certificate for any size house. When the worker arrived the first time, he found that I have a larger than usual house. I also had fixed gutters that couldnt' be taken apart. He was able to clean a section I was particularly concerned about with a power washer. About 10 days later, he returned with sufficient time to do the entire house. Did a great job! If you're looking for a gutter cleaner, you will be happy with this company. Very professional and responsive.

That was fine. Punctuality is hard to say because it was kind of open-ended. I wasn't home when they came, so I don't know how long it took. The area was clean. When I contacted them, they said they were going to wait until there were a number of people in my area and they would contact me and I said I prefer to be home, but I understood if I couldn't be. They never contacted me prior to coming. So I have no idea, I knew that they came because they left me something, or, I don't remember exactly how I knew, but I knew that they had been here. But I really can't answer a lot of the questions. Now I did get a call from them afterwards apologizing for not having called me in advance and they also told me that I have leaf guard leaders and gutters and they told me that they hadn't known that I had leaf guard because it wasn't one of the questions that they asked and had they knows, it would have been an additional charge, but they weren't charging me additionally since they didn't know and I didn't tell them that because they never asked. It's hard for me to answer, they just came one day, they did the job. If it's perfect, I don't know because I can't climb up and see my leaders and gutter. I can only give you vague answers. I'm assuming everything was very clean and clear out.

Very well. Thought price was a little high initially, but turned out to be very fair considering the amount of work necessary to fix a faulty installation. Did what needed to be done to make sure all was right. Would recommend.

II called several places to get quotes but Chris at Clearview roofing was the only one that knew the job and was reasonable with the price. He not only installed the heating wires as need, but he checked the whole roof to make sure that everything was good. I thought he would tell me that something needed work but he said everything looked fine. In addition, the original plan required an electrician to install an indoor switch to turn on the heating wires in case of snow. However they managed to correct this problem by simply adding a sensor that would automatically turn on when the temperature falls below freezing. I now don’t have to worry about turning on the heating wires as they will go on automatically. They also refunded me the cost of the electrician as the sensor did not require new wiring which brought down the price even further. From start to finish they made sure that all was done to satisfaction. Everyone arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards and the work looks flawless, I can’t thank them enough for making this roofing project so easy for me.

All went well. Got fair quote, very professional, on time, and cleaned up after job and got rid of waste.

Doug, Jaqulyn, and their son Chris were a wonderful team, as well as a very nice family.. As a matter of fact, during the several weeks of work we actually felt like our family became blended with theirs. We had no qualms about giving Doug a key so he could be on the job every day along with the several sub-contractors that were hired to complete the job. The various people who did the granite countertops, floor, electrical, carpentry, and painting did expert work. Every single day upon leaving our house Doug would call me at work with a daily report. If he didn't like the way something was done, he would LET ME KNOW that he was going to ask that it be corrected. Jaqulyn was the one who created all of the design ideas, and her suggestions were spot on. She even window treatments for both the kitchen and our newly painted living room. We can't say enough good things about how our house became so beautifully renovated. Chris handled all the financial negotiations in a fair and friendly manner, dividing up the payments in stages depending upon how much work was finished every few weeks.

Very well. They arrived on time and on the date promised. I noticed that they had neglected to remove the TV antenna. I called the next day and they came back right away to remove it. They were very easy to work with and very professional.
