Description of Work: I first contacted them before the summer. They never showed up for an estimate. After they were contacted again they left a quote in my mailbox. I left them a message to reseal the driveway. They never got in contact with me, and subsequently said they were going to schedule. I left them a message in August to please do the driveway in September since it was too hot. I never heard from them in September. I called them on October 18th explaining that I never heard from them in September to do the work. I asked to let me know if they were going to do the job, or if I should contact another company. They never called bac k.

Description of Work: Repaved my Driveway and added a Belgium block border, They did an amazing job,removed my staircase to the deck and put it back exactly the way it came off and paved around the support pilings. John was the most experienced professional I have ever met, Black Ice is the best.

 + -1 moreWhen they put down the driveway, the machine they used left visible lines in the asphalt. I contacted them about this and they said they would come out the following year and fix it (by sealcoating it). They never came back and now I cannot get a hold of them and they will not return my phone calls.

 + -1 moreI hired Black Ice after getting two other estimates from other Angies List paving contractors. Black Ice's price was in the middle.Since they have done other neighbors driveways and had the masonary contractor to rebuild the brick retaining wall, I went with him. From start to finsih the job went flawless. Once again my expectations were exceeded. I would highly recomend Black Ice Paving and Alerberti and Son Masonry. Both take great pride in the work they do.
Description of Work: Replace and widen existing driveway and rebuild left side brick retaining wall. Repave all with new asphalt.

 + -1 moreA little tough to get a hold of via their answering service but once we connected the process moved quickly. One of the owners showed up for the price quote and they started the driveway about a week later. Very professional and did a very good job.
Description of Work: They ripped out my entire driveway, installed belgium block along the perimeter and a 6 foot herringbone apron and regrated and repaved the driveway.
