Aquarius Plumbing

After getting the referral from Angies List, I called Brian from Aquarius Plumming and left a message. He returned my call that evening and scheduled a visit that upcoming Saturday, (as I work during the week). Brian arrived Saturday morning 20 minutes earlier than I expected, and went directly to work. He fixed the leak in my basement ceiling, and looked at an old toilet in the basement bathroom, and also at an upstairs bathroom vanity which were giving us trouble. As expected, we were going to have to replace these items so Brian stated that he'd come back once we purchased a new vanity, and in the meantime he would pick up our toilet. Once the vanilty was purchased, Brian promptly returned and again when right to work replacing the vanity and toilet. He's not a big talker, but he's very pleasant and clearly a hard worker. The great thing about Brian/Aquarius Plumbing is that he does the job in a timely manner and you don't feel like you are being overcharged for his work. If/when I have any future plumbing issues, I will definately call, (and certainly recommend), Aquarius Plumbing. He was REALLY good!

When I called for an estimate, I was given a date and time, which was completed as scheduled. This estimate was less than half that of another plumber from the list, who would not come to give an estimate, but gave a 'phone estimate' of over $500 to do the job. On the day scheduled for installation, Aguarius showed up on time and within l 1/2 hours had a professional job completed. He even re-grouted the slate floor around the new toilet. I was impressed with his work ethic and would call him again for any plumbing work.

Plumber returned call promptly. I had called two plumbers and never heard from the other one. He arrived promptly when he said he would. He was very helpful and professional. Price was a bit steep but we were very satisfied with his work.

Professional work, professional attitude. Called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would and performed the work when he said he would, at a fair price. If I have any plumbing problems in the future this is the guy I'm calling.

I first called a plumber I had used before but they could not come immediately and referred me to Aquarius. They responded quickly and fixed the problem in no time-very helpful since I had house guests at the time.

He was very polite, reasonably priced and they did the job when he said he was going to do the job. I think the pricing was reasonable.

They were awesome. They had a good response. The last time they were here, it was a plumbing emergency and they came out right away. He explained everything. His price was fair; he was not cheap. His workmanship is excellent. He cleaned up after himself. I would use him again. We use him several times a week.

He was very courteous and polite. He did the job and was very quite. He is the best plumber we have ever worked with.

This worked out really well. I think the price was a little high. The plumber responded quickly and he was very nice. He was good at his job. I would use him again. There was a problem with the toilet outflow which ended up leaking in to the downstairs bathroom. I realized this about a month later. He was able do diagnose it right away and he was right. I liked that he found the problem without going through the wall.

Working with Brian of Aquarius plumbing was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He provides excellent information and communication. He is always prompt and punctual. His plumbing skills are top notch. All phases of the work went very smoothly.

Brian returned phone calls every eveing as promised in his message. Scheduled an appointment for which he showed up on time, completed the work and charged what he said he would.

Fine as usual. Much confidence in Brian's fix.

We found the leaks on Sunday afternoon. Left a message (non-emergency) and Brian called back Sunday evening. He arrived as agreed at 2pm Monday, and he was done by 2:30.

He was very nice and very professional. He performed services well. However, he cancelled scheduled appointments too many times. When I make an appointment, I expect the service provider to show up and not cancel 4 different times. I never knew if he was going to make the next appointment or call me to cancel. It happened too often in the short amount of time I used him. I can't use someone who does that.

We found him on Angie's List. He had to come back because we had a leak and he fixed it. He just did the job so we hired him to do again. It was a difficult job.

They were very good. I have a complicated shower and he was able to fix it very quickly. I like his responsiveness, has low price and knowledgeable. It's just a simple but to me it's actually complicated if I figure it out.

I was very pleased with Aquarius and Brian, who returned my call by the evening and was willing to set up an appointment in the near future. Brian was prompt in his arrival and was able to evaluate the issues within minutes. His estimate was fair and reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like some other larger companies I have used. Although he did not have the parts on his truck, he was able to pick them up and within an hour he was back to complete the projects. He did a great job and there has been no leaks since then. His professionalism and honestly is appreciated. Too many times, before I starting using Angie's List, I have used the and quot;big companiesand quot; who sent inexperienced workers and quoted unreasonable estimates. I would definitely recommend Aquarius Plumbing to any Angie List member or friend.

Arrived early for estimate. Due to small-ish nature of job, Brian stated he could perform the task on the spot. Pleasantly surprised at speed and quality of work. Quick and painless :) Answered all of my questions; discarded the old vanity top for me. Would use again without hesitation.

I contacted him for an appointment and he called me back the same evening. He came two days later and showed up on time. He was able to complete the repair quickly and efficiently. The faucet is still working and he did a great job.

He knew what he was doing. He knew when he started that he was going to have to replace a couple of parts but he tried fixing it first. We were pleased with what he did.

He came in less than an hour of a Saturday night! Called 6 other plumbers and no one else even called me back yet. He already came and finished the job so I can get my gas (heat and hot water) turned back on.

We have been noticing what seems like a small leak in our kitchen that was possibly coming from an upstairs bathroom. As soon as the man from Aquarius Plumbing arrived, he asked the problem and quickly got to work. He was able to quickly uncover the exact problem and resolve the issue relatively quickly. He seemed very confident that this was the issue and had the part on hand to remedy the problem. We believe it has been resolved. We were happy with the service, he was friendly and efficient. We also had no trouble making the appointment. Only complaint is the cost for what seemed like an easy/quick fix. We will use their company again in the future.

I received about 6 quotes and Brian was one of the lower ones. I have used him before for smaller jobs and knew he was reliable and honest. He completed the installation and removal of my old oil fired boiler, burner and water heater in 2 days, we were only out of heat for part of one day. He did a very good job, cleaned up any mess and followed up to be sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Aquarius Plumbing (Brian.)

Responsive to voicemail (all the contractors can only get to their voicemail at the end of the end). Showed up a few days later right on time.

They fixed what needed to be fixed at the normal price. It cost me about $135 to $140 for their services. The job was fine. It was minor and nothing major. The price was whatever the normal rate was. It wasn't cheap, but they charged the going rate. The plumber wasn't here for more than half an hour. When it comes to the quality, he fixed it and it has stayed fixed. He came right away as well. His punctuality and professionalism were both good. I would use their services in the future too.
