Great from estimate to completion. Brian Mueller, the plumber, came when he said he would and did a solid, clean job in about 45 minutes or so, with no noxious odors at all (I'd expected a whiff at least!) Charged me slightly less than the quoted price, too. Would gladly hire Brian again.

At first visit I gave good review but I have to be honest and say that I was totally disappointed and to add to the fact that the work was not completed - he also took, I assume by accident, the handle and part for the shower control, which is Koehler Brass, and it cost us an additional $350.00 just for the new handle set. Not to say the additional expense of installation. He never responded to my calls and I had to call in another plumber to complete all the work I will admit that it was not this gentleman's fault that the toilet tank was defective and I had to order another one. I would not have objected to additional cost due to needed parts but just the rudeness, missing parts and extreme additional costs were totally out of line. . This was a total disaster. I do not like to write reviews such as this but I have no choice and must say that I would never use again and I would never recommend any one else to him. Sorry but this is the fact. .

Can't say enough good things about this experience. First, Brian quoted me nearly half the price than other plumbers had told me. This wasn't an emergency leakage (leak in the pipe going to sprinkler system so I was able to isolate it pretty quickly), so Brian came by within a couple of business days. He knew exactly what he was doing and was done within half an hour. On top of that, when I paid him, I accidentally gave him an extra 100$ (on top of a separate tip). Neither one of us noticed at the time since the two bills were stuck together, but as soon as we did, he was nice enough to drive back and return it to me. Will definitely hire again.

Called him, his message says he will return calls in the evenings. He called back at about 4:30. Since it was not an emergency, he came buy on Friday to look over the issues, and tell me what he thought needed to be done to fix the problems. He scheduled an appointment for Sunday Morning to do the repairs. Was there promptly at his given time, was friendly, worked quickly and professionally and solved my issues.

Brian returned my call promptly and came when he said he would. He was neat and professional. He replaced the cartridge in the faucet and noticed that some caulking needed to be added to the tile. He was done within 20 minutes and even fixed a loose toilet flusher for no extra charge. I was very pleased with the job.

I do not know if the cost was high, low or average. But, he was prompt and my heat works fine.

When we had some kind of problem, he came right away. He was a very good guy. I think that we can trust him.

Boiler in house had an internal pipe corrode and lost all hot water and heat in house over Thanksgiving. Found out about this when returned a day later. Called Brian of Aquarius and he was there on Saturday to review the situation and provide a quote. Was pleasantly surprised as, after all, this was Thanksgiving weekend. So super responsive and a tremendous help as we were without heat. We gave the project to Brian and he was back at our house on Monday with a new boiler and hot water heater. Again surprised, that he was able to get a new boiler and hot water heater so quick and that he was at our house first thing Monday morning. We had hot water and heat on Monday afternoon. A big thanks to Brian for being some professional and responsive. The price was fair he Brian does very clean, professional work. Would highly recommend!

We have used Brian twice, both with great results. Brian is on time, quick and reasonable. He returns phone calls, is very knowledgeable and offers good suggestions. We highly recommend him.

Brian Mueller of Aquarius Plumbing does very fine work. I feel he's a perfectionist, which is rare indeed.After so many years, without a doubt, he's the SOURCE to go to, like Fortunoff's. But like Fortunoff's, be prepared to wait on line for such a good find.

Called him from Angies list at 9am and called back at 10am and was here at 10:30 am. That I was excited about. Came in and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes got the part and fixed it in another 10 minutes. Very professional and efficient. He noticed my boiler was over 30 years old and said he'd give me a quote but didnt try to and quot;selland quot; me on one or and quot;scareand quot; me into a sale. I like that. make me want to do business with him.

This is the second time we used Aquarius. He is prompt and professional. Although we had other plumbers in to fix this leak, it was never totally fixed. Aquarius diagnosed and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They are well worth the money.

Fantastic - work was done on time, neatly and effectively. Brian even noticed a problem with the furnace which was a problem for a while. He is excellent....

Brian did a great job - on time, quick and neat. We also asked him about a loose faucet (also installed by the former plumber), and he was able to tighten it up quickly and for no extra charge. Brian always returns phone calls and lets us know the next steps of a job including timing and approximate cost. I'm looking for more projects (and there are probably a few) to utilize this man's talent and professionalism for. Highly recommend ...

You would think capping pipes is an easy thing. I think you need to be very careful and have equal knowledge about capping pipes as you do about creating new ones. Bryan showed why he is a master plumber, he was very meticulous and professional and reasonably priced. And we are engaging him to furnish the plumbing for our new bathroom and other things needed in our new home.

As usual, Brian was very thorough. He had freely inspected the system to see what was needed, then came back a few days later after getting the right parts, and did the installation. Definitely recommended.

Brian arrived almost punctuality and was willing to take off his shoes. I witnessed the entire job and was delighted to find somebody who knew what to do and took care of things (compared to other service men who are clumsy and don't have respect for expensive materials and their finishes). The original job called for just testing the shower heads, but I asked Brian to look into another issue with noisy faucets. He fixed it, had the parts and went about all with an efficient method and without an and quot;attitudeand quot;.

The work was done on time and in a professional manner. Cleaned up and removed old stuff. Made intelligent comments and gave insights into problems relating to furnace. Waiting to see if he follows up on a separate project to repair furnace (he said a part was needed but there was no time to address this the same day as the water heater visit)

I called this guy on 10/02 he sounded uninterested and after a few seconds of talking he asked where my location was, I told him I was in stony brook and he said that it was too far for him,so I said good bye and that was it. Boy I guess some of these guys have too much work so they get really picky. I work for a living too and distance has never been an issue for me.

On first visit Brian inspected different areas that needed repair and said he would get back to me with estimate. I have to tell you that this young man is a and quot;Gem.and quot; The leak was not coming from where he originally thought and this gentleman went on a quest, not giving up finding where the leak was coming from. He was amazing and after quite a bit of searching, including removing some of the sheetrock in closet, etc., I heard the wonderful words and quot;I found it.and quot; Brian was able to repair the part and will be returning to do other work in the house. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a terrific, honest plumber. I am also going to ask him to do some handyman work for me as I can tell it will be done without trouble and priced fairly. We found Aquarius plumbing from Angie's List and based on his referrals we decided to contact them. He return our messages promptly both time. Came on time and completed service very quickly. He was very prepared with new parts already in his truck. Very clean. Highly recommend them and will use them again for future needs.

He is very clean and is a very good guy. He comes when he says he would.

They were able to fix the faucet quickly. He did a heavy diagnosis of the toilet issue and found it was a quite inaccessible area of piping what was being blocked. He did a nice job.

he was prompt; knew what he was doing and very neat. i will definitely use him for all my plumbing issues. hard to find that nice attitude in today's marketplace.

It all went extremely well. The price was typical and the service was awesome. Their response to me was extremely fast.
