Brian was prompt...very professional and neat. I had used him several months prior to replace faucet and spout in my bathtub. I also was very pleased with his work. He is prompt, professional and goes right to work, assesses the problem and is quite proficient in solving the problem!

Brian is a blessing! Never used him before but searched Angie's list for a reliable plumber when my usual plumber and a friend's plumber were both unavailable. Talk about bad luck! I developed not 1 but 2 independent leaks in my basement at the same time. The water was traveling under carpet and saturating the foam padding which acted like a sponge. You couldn't see the water until you stepped on the carpet and then suddenly you would see a footprint that was completely wet. One leak was from a recirculating Taco pump used for heating water in my shower and the other leak was 15 feet away and was a tiny pinhole leak in an old pipe attached to the main water feed pipe! It was leaking about 4 feet above the ground and coming out sideways hitting a door and dripping down onto the floor. Brian called me back in about 20 minutes and came over 20 minutes later and I showed him the 2 problems. He immediately turned off the recirculator pump so it would stop leaking. He will be back to replace the leaky pump in 1-2 days once he gets the proper Taco model. The other major leak was stopped when he turned off the main water supply at the bottom of my driveway and then cut the rotten copper pipe off and capped a new shorter pipe so it wouldn't leak. He actually had to do that twice because the first time it wouldn't seal properly. He spent nearly 2 hours getting it right and charged me a very reasonable price ($150). The replacement cost for the Taco will be about $180 plus labor and I expect it to get done in a few days. Considering it was the Saturday right before Easter I consider Brian to be a savior of sorts!

It went great! In fact, the piping was not long enough on the old faucet set to fit into the new granite countertop's thickness, so he agreed to install the basin while I ran out to a (very) nearby hardware store to buy a new faucet set. Many plumbers would have abandoned me sine I didn't have the part I needed.

Punctual, accommodating, efficient, knowledgeable, and forthcoming, Brian is an excellent plumber. He approached the job as an easy task and proved as much by finishing in about a 1/2 hour's time. There were a lot of connections and adjustments to be made, but he completed everything perfectly. His rates are quite reasonable, his response time excellent, and his attention to detail impressive. I will not only use him again, but will recommend him to anyone who asks me for a good plumber. He quickly diagnosed my problem with our radiant floor heating. We had a bad leak. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem for the time being. Being New Year's Day it wasn't the right day to to the whole fix. He will be giving me an estimate in the next few days to fix the immediate problem and to fix the bigger issues he found that we knew existed. Super honest. Did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend him at all. Honest and hard working.

I have used them for several years now. They come on time. They do a very clean job so they do not have to clean up after them. It is just very high quality and decent price. My interaction with them was fine. He is a little expensive.

They have come out several times. He does what exactly he says he will do. He calls back when he says he will. He shows up on time. He does a clean professional job. He cleans up. He removed all the floor tiles, removed old concrete . He put new concrete and sealed the pan. He then put a coat of thinset, retiled the shower floor and re caulked the area This was a multiple day project. Brian was extremely professional. He called me every evening to advise me of the time he was coming the following day and came at that time. When he was late he called me. He was neat, reliable and respectful of my time needs as well.

Brian is great and honest which is hard to find these days. Shows up on time and does the work the right. 2nd time I have utilized his services. The first time, he installed 2 expansion tanks for only $100 and some other plumber wanted $450.

Brian gave us a good estimate to do the job, was good at keeping in touch with us and was on time, which was great because we had somewhere to go today. The job went quickly and he charged us less than what he estimated. Was neat while working and cleaned the area when he was finished. He even provided us with the strainer that I forgot to buy! Yes, it is a small thing, but much appreciated. :)

Brian gives you a fair price and sticks to it. He is there when he says he will be and does a great job. His advice is piceless. These appliances were installed close to two years ago and there has not been one issue with the installation.

After my initial call, Brian returned my call between 7 and 9 PM as promised. Because none of this was emergent, I had to wait a week for Brian to come out which was absolutely fine. I don't mind waiting as long as I am treated with professionalism and told the truth. I confirmed my appointment and he called back to confirm. He showed up exactly on time, was efficient, pleasant and professional. He did not make any of my and quot;problemsand quot; bigger or more expensive than they needed to be which I really, really appreciated. I think I found my local plumber and will certainly involve him in the many larger projects that this house will require. Other plumbers either didn't return my call or didn't show up perhaps because this wasn't a huge job THIS TIME.
