Description of Work: I had a problem with my shower system. Brian was good enough to come several times until the problem was found. This was not an easy diagnosis because the problem was from the original construction which was not expected. Brian was nice enough to stay on it until it was fixed. I was quite happy with the outcome.

Description of Work: Installed a new electric hot water heater. Unit is a higher quality product, and was installed for a competitive price. Plumber had to cancel out on the origonal day of installiation on Tuesday. We set it up for today, a Saturday, and he was here early in the morning and did the job quickly.

 + -1 moreKeith, the plumber, was pleasant and professional to deal with. His work was great and he cleaned up after himself. Aquarius was prompt in responding to my emergency call and provided same day service. I would definitely use them again for both emergency and non-emergency jobs.
Description of Work: There was a leak in my shower. I called Aquarius the morning the leak started and they came out that afternoon. The plumber installed shut off valves on the shower pipes and diverted the leak into the tub. He came back the next day to install a new shower fixture.

 + -1 moreI called Aquarius Plumbing on a Friday and we made an appointment for Monday. I forgot the gentleman's name who arrived but he was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and quick in doing the repair. He replaced gaskets and o-rings and tightened everything up. It could have cost much more if a less honest company was involved. I will call Aquarius Plumbing from now on for any future plumbing/installation needs. Excellent, professional company! I've used larger companies with fancy trucks before but didn't get the same high quality service and value for the money spent.
Description of Work: There was a leak from the kitchen to the basement. The gentleman who performed the work determined it to be a leaky faucet. The faucet was repaired.
