It went great. Super professional, quick and reasonably priced. Made some recommendations of some future repairs and gave me an estimate as well. Will use again.

He's been our regular plumber for a long time. He has done drain cleaning, fixed broken pipes, and cut a hole in the ceiling and replaced it. He even came out on Mother's Day when we had a pipe break. I am very pleased. What he's done, he's done well. He is very courteous and pleasant. I would recommend without reservation.

Very fair, punctual, dedicated. Have used them four times. One time came to service only one leaking faucet but fixed all faucets in two bathrooms but charged for only one service call.

I called three local plumbers -- first about a leaky pipe. Brian was the only one who would give me enough information over the phone where I felt comfortable booking the appointment. The others were more cagey about info. One wouldn't give me even a ballpark estimate unless it was part of a paid visit. He was prompt and professional. He fixed the problems quickly and effectively, and at a reasonable cost. From that point on, he was in my book as the first to call with plumbing problems -- which I did when a valve under my sink malfunctioned. Once again, a great experience.

He is the most reliable of all the providers that I have used. He is honest, fair, and neat. He does an amazing cleanup job. His pricing is correct. He is a terrifically talented guy. He is the kind of guy who does an extra job. Even though you hired him for something if he sees something else is wrong, he will usually tell you about it or sometimes he will just fix it without you even asking him. He won't even ask you for money for that.

Everything went well, but bathroom sink faucet water runs hard instead of aerated, as before repair

Called a number of plumbers who did not want to tackle the job given the age of the house (circa 1889) and potential large scope of the job. Aquarious is a one man show and I had to wait for his schedule to open up . He requested to extend start of job for a week about 5 days in advance. After rescheduling he showed up when he said he would. Had provided a time and materials estimate that ranged from $900 to $ 2200 based on scope of the problem and amount of floor that had to be torn up. Turns out that the job was a lot smaller and confined to a single joint under the area that I had identified as a hot spot. Charged me for four hours @ and materials Worked neat and fast - I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend

He responded to my call in a very good timeframe, was polite and helpful on the phone. He arrived when expected, listened, performed the work, and was out of here without payment (since I had a friend let him in while I was at work). Friend reported that he was very professional.

He was punctual and professional, he showed up for estimates and the jobs at the time he said he'd be here. Don't let his quiet manner fool you, he's very good at what he does and focuses on completing the job, no on small talk. His prices were very reasonable. We'll hire him again.

I was one of Aquarius' first customers 8 years ago and referred many friends and neighbors to him. At that time, Brian was charging $50. an hour and was always reliable, professional and friendly. However, over the years, his price has become way over the top. My last experience left me feeling as though my loyalty as a customer and as a referral source had taken a back seat to any feelings of loyalty that Brian had to me as a customer. The last time I used him, he was in and out in roughly 1/2 hour, performed very basic work and charged $120. for his time. When I questioned the price, he said that traveling was expensive. Sadly, I felt as though this price was unreasonable for what was done and the time it took. I have no objection to paying a fair price, and raising his rates over the years is reasonable, but I have (sadly, because I like him) made the decision to hire another plumber/handyman should the need arise.

It took a bit longer than expected, but overall very satisfied with the work. Clean, neat and professional.

It went extremely well. Brian had been out to our house a few weeks prior to view the bathroom and provide an estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the job within a day. He encountered a potential problem - a rusty pipe from under the hallway- and explained that it was foreseeable that we would soon have a leak, so we had that replaced as well. Even though Brian had to pull up our wood flooring, he replaced all the planks after installing the new pipe and the floor looked as good as new (I was a bit worried). He was so thorough, he fixed a leak on our roof as well (which had to do with some of the plumbing pipes). My husband and I were very impressed. We will be giving him a call to attach our new tub, vanity and toilet fixtures. We highly recommend Brian and Aquarius Plumbing!

The plumber/owner of Aquarius arrived at the time he said he would, checked out the leak, found the source and repaired it. The price was reasonable and repair was quick and clean. He is an honest craftsman, somehting that is scarce today. Loose bolts caused the leak and needed tightening. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. There is probably enough honest money to be made in plumbing without trying to get a unit sale from every customer.

He showed up very promptly and finished the work quickly. We later discovered, when having a dishwasher installed, that one of the leaks was still leaking. I'm sure they would've rectified it if we'd contacted them about it, but the hose was replaced during the installation. That's why I put a B above. Everything else was great.

He was very courteous, very prompt and very reasonable in pricing. His work was excellent and very neat. It was very easy to communicate with him, very easy to reach him and he was really great.

Very professional from the begining. Returned call , made an appointment, and showed up time. Scheduled the work in one week. Came on time, performed work and cleaned up. Brian is very knowledgable about all aspects of home maintenance.

Excellent, prompt and real fast. Price was a little more than what I had in my head but on the other hand I do not know the first thing about plumbing. Quick and easy and that's all that matters.

I had a leak under the sink. He called back within an hour of my message and showed up when he said he would. He checked other sinks for the same problem before I asked, and also did several other repairs I'd been putting off. Quiet, neat work, no problems at all.
