Anthony and his team stopped by to give me an estimate on removing a 6" flex pipe that had been installed in the chimney pipe to vent a wood stove. They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. They removed it and also took care of its disposal. And the cost was absurdly reasonable - dinner for two would have cost more. Can’t say enough good things about World Class Maintenance Inc. - these guys are the best!

We needed to determine whether the carbon monoxide detected in our home was from a chimney blockage, or from the furnace itself. I called and spoke to Anthony. He was able to get to us within 48 hours, which was much appreciated. They called the night before to confirm, and then again when they were about a half hour away. Again much appreciated. The service call was quick and efficient. They determined that there was no blockage and the issue was not coming from the chimney. I would definitely recommend them, and would use again if needed.

Anthony and Steve (the owners) were terrific in every aspect of the job - from personally doing the initial inspection, negotiating a very fair price, and then personally overseeing the actual repairs. They explained in detail the repairs necessary and the work required to complete the job. They are very professional and pleasant to talk with, and place no pressure on the customer in terms of trying to sell up additional work and services. The repairs were done as promised at the price quoted and on the date scheduled. My “new” chimney looks great and is as sturdy as the pyramids.

They were friendly, helpful, clean, did a great job. They were respectful of the house and yard and when they left except for a clean working chimney - you would never have known they were there. Highly recommend. Will use again for burner chimney.

Greatest Techs for Chimney Services around!!! About 4 years ago, I flagged them down from a neighbors home and they installed a Chimney cap for me, very honest, they advised me that my chimney lining would need attention in the near future. They did not pressure me to up-sell other services, they installed my cap at a VERY fair price and went on their way. Todays visit was at my request again, bad chimney issues, they were honest and replaced my entire chimney lining as I was about to have a complete blockage! I was there as they opened up the assess... I am so lucky, the flu was almost 90% blocked! These guys are real professionals and want to share with all how great they are! They even fixed a loose piece of siding and removed tree branches from my roof ON THEIR OWN!!! I Didn't even ask, thats how detail oriented this team is!!!

Excellent. Top grade all around. Owner responded immediately and advised that his crew would be there next morning. Showed up early, had installed new lining in a short while. The owner and his crew were excellent to deal with and a pleasure to do business with.

It was difficult sometimes to get in touch with them. I would tell a friend to be aware that they are hard to get in contact with.

I thought this company overall did a good job. The reason why I wouldn't hire them again is because they came across a bit shady. They tried to show me a picture of something (a chimney) in one of there books and the picture wasn't visable at all. If you have a business you should at least have a clear photo of what you are trying to show. After the estimate and an agreement on the price, he did the work. When he was done, he asked that I make the check out to cash, which there in itself is shady. I only agreed because at that point that work was already done and it was a low cost repair. So if you want a cheap price and it's a smaller job I'd say go for it, for something bigger maybe look elsewhere.

They were the ones who contacted me. It was expensive. I felt like they were just piling on services though they were not sure that these were needed. I thought that perhaps they were really banking on my ignorance. I would say that they did good work but I am not so sure that everything that they said should be done needed to be done. I checked out the product they use and it is very expensive. I think that they were salesmen more than anything.

They gave me a fair deal. I like that they were happy to explain what they were doing. They were prompt and professional.
