Recently I had trouble starting a fire in my fireplace. I telephoned this company again. Don told me how to start the fire without the smoke coming into the room. He called back later to see if it worked. It did! He didn't have to make a service call. Really a fabulous, and courteous professional.

I called them and left a message. I received a call back very shortly thereafter. They were able to come in a few days. Thank goodness they did, what they found was our heater chimney was 90% clogged. Don told me we could have easily had a ''blow back or carbon monoxide problems.'' They proceeded to take care of the problem, fully explaining to me what was happening the whole time. This company was a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. They were professional (Don showed me his picture ID before he even started), they were efficient and personable. My husband and I are new homeowners and had many questions. We were made to feel each question was valid and Don took the time to answer them in a way that we understood. He recommended what needed to be immediately done and what to look for in the future. I would highly recommend this company. I felt like I was dealing with someone I have known all my life.

I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TOP TO BOTTOM CHIMNEY CLEANERS TO OTHERS. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, RELIABLE AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. THE JOB THE DID WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AS WELL.

THEY ARE A EXCELLENT, CLEAN AND RESPONSIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD CALL THEM FOR ALL OF THE CHIMNEY MAINTENANCE IN MY HOME. I USE ONLY THIS COMPANY.
