We had a very good experience with Suffolk Systems Inc through the whole process of our project to replace an old A/C. They were prompt to come for the initial check, send proposal of the project scope and the cost, and perform the installation work. Their proposal was professional and detailed, and itself answered many questions a customer could have. Compared to other HVAC contractors we asked, their quote was also more competitive with the device models they provided. The installation work was performed neatly, smoothly and professionally. Their service was satisfactory and considerate. They gave us PSEG discount in advance and they took over the paperwork and application. They did warranty registration for us and mailed the certificate to us; when we found an error in the certificate, they actively helped us to contact the manufacturer to update the information and got us a modified certificate.

Very good quality work and installers didn’t leave a drop of dust inside or out. It looked like no one had been there.

They were fast, professional and knowledgeable. Would use again.

Suffolk Systems was simply top notch from start to finish. My experience was fantastic! They knew what they were doing, worked very efficiently, were very thoughtful, has reasonable costs and made the whole project a breeze. We have had consistent problems with the boiler that was replaced since it was first installed which has led me to work with many different HVAC companies over the years. Based on those comparisons I can say they are definitely first rate. I would quickly and heartily recommend them anyone!

Suffolk sent a technician out to us but he got delayed on another job. Upon his arrival and look-see at our unit, the fan to the outside unit had rusted and snapped off. They needed to replace both the fan and the motor but did not have the motor available and it had to be ordered. They ordered the motor but it was delivered to the wrong distribution center and they had to spend more time to get it. Finally they were able to install it and now the AC is working ok (although due to the size of the new fan, it makes more noise then the old one).

Dan the technician and Lori the scheduler are the greatest. Dan is a genius and always figures out whatever is going on, no matter how hard he has to work to do it. He is patient and explains everything. Lori always gets right back to me, I never have any doubt that I will hear from her, and she is polite and realistic. The projects were potentially major headaches and even when the job is expensive (AC unit replacements) Dan makes sure everything goes smoothly and that we are well taken care of. So happy I found these guys.

It went great! The technician came out and within minutes had diagnosed the problem - a blown fuse at the blower. He quickly changed it and had the system up and running in no time. He mentioned that the gas was a bit low and added 2 lbs. of freon. The system is working great and I am so happy that I called Suffolk Systems. The tech was knowledgable and honest. Huge difference from my oil company tech that told me (2 years ago) the system would probably not last through the summer. Will definitely stick with Suffolk from now on. The only issue was that I had a 4pm appointment, but the technician did not arrive till after 9PM. This would have been a greater concern, but I was called at 4 and told that he was running very late and not to expect him until after 7. I was actually surprised when I received a call at 8:30 that he was on this way.

It went really well. The level of professionalism exhibited was unparalleled. You really don't find people that take pride in their work. The gentleman that came over did an excellent job. Unlike Petro, he was willing to work in a hot attic or in inclement weather in order to get the job done. He replaced the contactor, removed a faulty component in the attic, rewired my system for my new ecobee 4 thermostat, checked my refrigerant level, take temp readings and cleaned the fins for better airflow. As a war vet, it was beautiful to see someone exhibit the service before self and excellence in all we do core values I've had to demonstrate on a daily basis. The problem was fixed. I would and will definitely call them if I ever need them again. Thank you for a job well done.

All work was performed according to the quote provided. My wife and I met all installers (special thanks to Matt and Dennis) plus one of the principal owners Mike. We spoke with the other owner Lori many times on the phone. Lori took care of all logistics leaving the job running ahead of the schedule "quoted" time frame. We cannot thank enough the team from Suffolk Systems; they made the process easy!

What an amazing transition and it was worth every dollar. After interviewing other HVAC contractors, I confidently selected Sufffolk Systems Inc based upon Dan's expertise and added recommendation to not only replace the existing system but include a separate ductless unit in our 'sun room". The work was completed in two days and exceeded my expectations. The test was this past week when the outside temperatures were 85 - 90 and my home was a cool 70. The Fujitsu ductless makes cooling our sun room a breeze. We no longer have to pull down all window shades and can enjoy the view while our grandsons can freely go in and out to the pool. My son in law laughed saying it is like a meat locker, no longer an oven. The American Standard Central system has no problem cooling the rest of the house also without having all shades puled down. What a great combination of cooling. I can not be happier. I highly recommend Suffolk Systems, an honest, professional, owner operated company for all your HVAC needs. Lori and Dan are great to work with.

Danny was terrific and so was Lore who I spoke with on the phone too. Professional, courteous, on time, clean - Everything I would have hoped for.

They are great, very good. I have used them twice. I would use them again. It took about a day to fix the problem. They went down to local parts distributor and he did not have the part. They went out of their way to a parts distributor that was farther away and got the part from there. They left the area very clean.

I brought in several companies to provide an estimate to replace my existing 20 year old central AC system with a brand new system. The bottom line is Suffolk Systems stood out from the other reputable vendors during the proposal process and backed up the strong first impression with an excellent job throughout installation. Suffolk Systems: 1) Spent a lot of time answering my many detailed questions about the installation process and system itself (including in person and follow up phone calls). I appreciated that they paid close attention to details and was the only company that wanted to do a full load calculation in order to make sure the system would be sized properly for my house 2) During installation put down drop clothes and cleaned up completely inside and out. Did a professional and neat job installing the system. 3) The entire team is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. 4) Overall I recommend Suffolk Systems without reservations. The entire team (Lori, Dan, Dennis) should be commended for running a customer-focused business.

Very smoothly. Dave the installer found a problem with our flue from the burner to the chimney. It was rotted and could have been fatal. He taped it temporarily and came back to replace the flue. In addition to the good work, we got a discount plus they even got the rebate from PSEG for us.

Excellent Service. Most professional inspection and estimate. Work was clean and thorough. Dan is a great guy.

Suffolk Systems was very communicative throughout the process starting with sending me quotes and through completion of the job. There was one small hiccup beyond their control regarding a piece of equipment that was on back order, but instead of just not showing up, they anticipated this issue and we re-scheduled the date of installation. Once that date came, they showed up on time and were extremely conscientious. They took great care to protect my floors and did their best to not be disruptive to everything else going on in the house (including my 8 month old daughter's nap schedule). They finished their work in a timely manner and left with everything functioning properly. Just in time for 90+ degree weather. I will not hesitate to call them if more work is needed on my HVAC system in the future.

They were somewhat flexible regarding time and date which was understandable considering the heat wave at the time. They came on time, finished early, were polite and helpful. I hope I never need any HVAC work in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate to call Suffolk Systems.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure dealing with Suffolk Systems. Lori was always responsive in following up scheduling and paperwork. Dan was always punctual in setting up initial call for quote and then when it was time to do the install. The install itself was done terrifically. Dan and his crew were there exactly when scheduled and stayed at it until completely done, in the same day. The guys did a great job in removing my old system and the install could not have come out better. The guys were meticulous cleaning up. I liked that Suffolk Systems installs American Standard equipment which is highly rated. I would not hesitate to recommend Suffolk Systems.

We recently moved into this house and this company is new for us. Even more impressive is that we are new customers and got such a rapid competent response.

They arrived on time and finished 2 hours before they estimated. The system works flawlessly, they took away the old unit. You would never know they were there. I hope I don't need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Mike first came to our house to give us an estimate. He was on time and very nice. He measured everything and came back with a quote the next day. He was not pushy at all and answered all our questions. He took his time too! He also tried to save us money! We had some scheduling conflict in the beginning, but that was resolved quickly. It took a full day to install 4 ductless units in our house. We were very impressed with the workmanship. The workers showed up early and they did not take a break. Mike even showed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. They also wore booties around the house and left the place very clean. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to install central air or ductless! Pricing was also very reasonable. We felt like we can trust Mike.

Had my yearly service done on April 25 2016 n told Dan that at the end of 2015 noticed that the units were not air conditioning only heating. Very quickly found the problem. A few days later Lori called me told me the part was covered under warranty n then when it came in immediately called me and set up a date and the part was installed and that was that There is never any problem with this company Everything is handled and like other companies u never have to call and say I was wondering if u heard anything yet. Not with Suffolk System Great company and all the employees I have dealt with r the best

Suffolk scheduled an appointment for the morning after we called, came promptly and were professional and dealt with the issue promptly. They needed to replace a valve and rather than postpone the problem, they called and had another driver come by with a part to sort it out immediately. The estimates were pretty accurate.
