The guys are always cordial, respectful and fast. They know my system better than I do and even though we only see them twice a year, they remember everything about the system, previous repairs and issues and needs of the property.

While I seldom reach them immediately on the phone, they always return phone calls promptly, and I have generally been able to schedule a repair within a day or three. All of their employees are very nice, and I have never had to call them to return because of a failure to repair the sprinkler system properly the first time.

It went well . There were no problems requiring extra time to perform. The two-man team has the procedure down to a science.

As is usual with Sciallo, they called to make an appointment and showed up in a timely manner. They removed their workbooks when they had to come into the house to turn the outside water on. They let me know when everything is set. Sciallo installed our sprinkler system when we first moved into the house, which is almost 18 years ago. They have been taking care of us since then. Each time we do a project in the back yard (pool, patio, hot tub), they come and reroute any sprinklers that need to be moved. If a head is damaged by the landscapers, Sciallo arrives IMMEDIATELY upon receiving my call. Their customer service is the best. They are professional, courteous and kind. We've been recommending them to our friends for years. Can't go wrong with this company!

In a word, FABULOUS. Everyone is friendly, polite and attentive to the ultimate operation of the irrigation system. From time to time the system requires a modification or slight repair, and appointments for service are handled quickly and efficiently. Again, the friendly manner of everyone involved cannot be emphasized enough. It is a class operation with old-fashioned service values.
