Description of Work: The employee who came to my home was professional, but all he tried to do was change my mind about what work I wanted to have done! When I explained one part of the job, he came right out and told me that "I should maybe get a few friends to complete that part of the job" that his company would not be interested in completing it, and that if I wanted to end the estimate now, that would be ok!! So I agreed! He then asked if he could provide an estimate for the work he wanted to do! So I let him, before throwing it in the garbage when he left. Last but not least, he wanted to enter my house with muddy feet, and then made a comment about making him sit on my stoop to complete the estimate. I am very surprised they have been in business so long!

 + -1 moreThe salesman gave me good advice on choosing my fence. He even advised me against something that would have increased the sale price. Due to some masonry work I was having done, I had to reschedule the fence instillation three times. The Rose fence people were very accommodating. When the workers came, they listened carefully to what we wanted and did an excellent job. The fence is sooooo beautiful!!!! The workers were very friendly and cleaned up the yard when they were done. We couldn't be happier. We felt the price was very good. It was a lot of work.
Description of Work: Removed 300 feet of stockade fence and put up 6 foot vinyl fence with two gates.

 + -1 moreRose was recommended to me by several family members. Not only was their price the lowest of anyone who quoted me, but they also offered the best warranty on both product and workmanship. The crew was prompt, neat, and respectful. They worked very hard and went the extra mile to ensure everything was done right including digging out shrubs that were blocking the site of the new gate. At the completion of the job, they left the yard neat. A couple of weeks after the installation, I found that one of the gates needed an adjustment. I called the office on a Friday, and on Tuesday a crew arrived to correct the situation. I could not be happier with this company's work.
Description of Work: Dismantling and removal of existing stockade fence, installation of PVC fence, and 2 gates.
