 + -1 moreAn absolute DISASTER. Phil comes across as very professional, kind, says all the right things, promises a lot. His prices were very fair and maybe that should have been a red-flag to me. He sub- contracts out all the work to the least skilled individuals he can find. He was rarely on the job site. He was not responsive once problems arose. The crew left a dangerous mess of debris all over the property. Nothing was square. The new roof is not square. The roof leaks to this day. And after I paid him in full, he took ME to small claims court 2 YEARS LATER, to try and get monies that were not owed to him. He lost his small claims case BUT I had to take 3 different days off from work to dispute his ridiculous claims. So, although he didn't get a win in small claims court, he wasted a lot of my time. Why am I submitting this 5 years later? This roof is still causing me headaches and money, and I can't trust him to make the proper repairs...
