Monterroso did an excellent job repairing our mom's house after a very damaging pipe burst. New walls flooring and ceiling had to be installed in basement which was devastated with water damage. New tile floors in basement and new subfloor and new hardwood floor was installed, stained in living room to match hardwood staircase it fed into. Paint job on walls was excellent as well. Daniel and team also identified some wood rot in this aged home that needed replacing. Daniel worked with us to identify reasonable cost effective solutions. Pleasant personality easy to work with. A hard to find contracting business with integrity. Didn't try to gauge us or the insurance. Repair job did not drag out either despite unexpected discovery of additional work. Will provide reference and he can share photos of our before and after. We highly recommend Monterosso Design and Improvement.

Outstanding!! Monterroso Design and Improvement were by far the best contractors we have ever hired. Daniel was great to deal with and on top of everything. They cleaned up every day when they left. Workmanship was excellent and the lead guy Ricardo wanted to make sure we were always happy. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Would definitely not hesitate to use them again. I am recommending them to everyone.

Daniel and his crew was on time on price and did a great job on the exterior of my house Replaced missing cedar boards Power washed my roof I got prices ranging from insanity To reality and he beat the best price and did a perfect job I'm a contractor and if I was 15 yrs younger I would have painted it myself Great job Use him 100 percent :) thanks Daniel the neighbors love the color
