The rehabbed property that I purchased recently had one notable flaw: while it was sold as wired for cable and networking, the wires actually ran from jack to jack (daisy-chained) rather than to a central distribution point. This made it difficult to use for cable service and unusable for networking. I didn't have the time or expertise to pull new wires up from the basement in a three-story building, so I asked around for recommendations and got Matthew's name. I told him what I was looking for, and he noted that what I'd originally thought to do (pull new wires from the basement) would be very expensive and would require ripping out a lot of drywall. He quickly figured out a way to get the same result by unobtrusively installing molding in a few places. He and an associate came in and got the work done in a couple of days. The new molding is indeed unobtrusive and he even managed to minimize the damage in the few spots where there was no way to get around opening the wall. Very happy with the results!
