They arrived on schedule and finished the job quickly. Clearly experienced. They removed old door and replaced with new unit. They took precautions to make sure there was no damage to ceiling or walls. It's like they weren't even in the house! They even supplied some wood trim that I had forgotten to provide to complete the job. Best part -- great communicators. You text and you get a fast reply. Wow.

Joe is a true professional. He worked with me every step of the way. First, he made a larger entry to the attic (in our office). He built a shelf that fits into the entry. that you can remove to enter the attic. Then, he put a sub floor down in the attic. The insulation company came and blew in cellulose up to the sub floor. Then, Joe came back and laid down the plywood floor with two helpers, one of which is his brother. He also filled in the outline of our skylight and painted the ceiling around it, since there was some damage there left by the roofing company that installed it. When he was finished with the attic, he spackled and painted two walls in the office. He also does kitchen cabinetry, so when we remodel the kitchen, we'll be giving him a call. You can't go wrong with Just Right Carpentry & Painting. It IS just right.

Joe and his crew were terrific; they showed up as scheduled, did a great job, was fast, clean and so easy to work with; After job was done, we wanted to make a change - getting Joe and his crew back to make this change required just one call, they came back right away, made the changes and wouldn't leave until we were happy!!

Joe and his staff did a great job raising a sagging bay window on my house. They also sealed all of the windows first and second floor to prevent leaks. Communication was great and they showed up right when they were supposed to. We definitely hire them again.

Joe, Thomas and crew did a great job with our project. We needed the exterior of our building painted and some old plywood coverings replaced. They came twice, the first time to power wash and prep the building and the second to do the paint and repairs. They showed up early in the morning, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the work that day. They did everything I asked for and more, and they still allowed me to operate my business as normal while they were working. The job came out perfect and looks beautiful! We would definitely hire them again!

Joe has been such a pleasure to work with! We recently purchased a new home and initially hired Joe to remove a wall mirror/skmicoat the wall, and repaint the risers & spindles on our staircase. He did such a great job that we asked him to come back and replace the base molding in our entire house. His team is efficient, professional and punctual. He is very knowledgeable and comes in at a fair and reasonable price. We will definitely be requesting Joe’s assistance on future projects. Highly recommended!!!

Joe exceeded my expectations. He was able to diagnose root cause of problem instantly and even fit me into his already busy schedule due to nature of leak. His work was quick and efficient and he showed up when he said he would and fixed the issue. Communication was excellent and price was agreed upon and did not fluctuate. Need carpentry work done? These are the guys to hire. From first contact to the final project Just Right lived up to their name. They gave us a price, stuck to it even when we changed a couple of things. They worked neatly and quickly and when that left the job site was neat as a pin. If we hadn't seen them working and the new molding installed, we wouldn't have been able to tell anyone had been in the house. I even gave Joe and Tom an unexpected project and they did it without hesitation or objection.Every member of their crew was courteous and polite to a fault. WOULD HIRE THESE GUYS AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.. t.

Excellent. Came up with a great idea to apply leverage to it using a 2 x 4. I had had numerous other people look at removing the refrigerator and they were convinced the granite counter was sitting directly on top of it and would require removing the entire countertop, mirrors, etc to get it out. Joseph came up with the smart idea of securing a 2 x 4 into the frame of the refrigerator so that he'd be able to apply enough leverage to pull it out. With the aid of one guy he had it out in 10 minutes. Nicely done.

I was in the unique position of having to hire someone to paint my mother's house in NY, although I live in California. I couldn't be there to meet anyone or look at prior work. I found these folks on Angie's List and after one phone call to discuss my needs, got the strong sense that they were the ones to tackle my job. Their communication was excellent. My confidence was rewarded by professionals who sent me progress pictures of the work, and completed it quickly and neatly. Very pleased.

Excellent work. Clean and fast with great attention to detail

They did a great job but his personality was not the best. He made a comment that we brought in food for them when we didn't. He bragged about sweeping our floor but he didn't do that great of a job. He even said thank you over and over again and it was just ridiculous. We would never hire them again.

Demolition and construction was scheduled and executed in a professional and expeditious manner by courteous men skilled in their trade. We were pleased to make their acquaintance and consider them as friends.

Prompt, left everything clean and reasonably priced. Will use again for other home projects/repairs.

Joseph and two other men performed this work over the course of two half days. They brought along base molding based on a photo I provided to them of similar molding used elsewhere in my home and installed that in my kitchen and hallway. They did extensive patchwork to the kitchen walls where my countertop installers had butchered them. One of the craftsmen custom made an oak molding to transition between the porcelain tile floor and the wood floor, as there was a 3/4 inch height difference. On the second day they painted the walls and ceiling using paint I had purchased, and stained the transition piece. After they left, I realized that a new piece of base molding installed next to the refrigerator was preventing the door from opening all the way, so Joe came back a couple of weeks later to remove it at no additional charge.
