Duct Doctor

Three men showed up and they were very nice guys and showed up on time. They hooked up a portable vacuum to the system. After 3 hours, they said they were done. After they left, I opened up one of the vents and put my hand in, the amount of soot in the ducts made my hand filthy. they said there was nothing they could do as some of my ducts were not good for the machine they were using. These ducts were all installed in 2002. The dirty sock smell came back the next morning - and i said they didn't clean the handlers with a cleaner. I called the lady in the office and she was very nice and sent them straight back to me. When they came back, they said they couldn't use the cleaner on my handler, that the stuff they had for cleaning the air handler was for commercial use. I insisted they use it on my house. They used the cleaner and the smell hasn't come back, but unfortunately, as professional as they are and wanting to accommodate, at the end of the day, I feel that it was a waste of time as the ducts are as dirty as they day they came.

They were nice and friendly. They had a good quote. They were quick in what they did and then they did a great job. It was a good experience. We would absolutely use their services again in the future.
