Description of Work: Last year this company was hired for my pool’s weekly cleaning and eventually closing of the pool. For other repair work or maintenance issues for the pool these guys never return the calls. In spite of leaving several messages nobody returns the calls. Nobody wants to give their cell numbers. This year spoke to one of them early April and they told me they would come by April 15th to start the cleaning and also fix a minor issue with the pool heater. Nobody has come and nobody AGAIN has returned my calls.

 + -1 moreTerrible customer service. Incompetent repair staff - they kept charging for repairs that didn't work. Careless maintenance staff - they damaged my pool and wouldn't repair it or reimburse me. Unreliable and untrustworthy. Plus very expensive.

 + -1 moreWe have worked with Coastline for over 5 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Very easy to get them by phone. We bring them pictures and they tell us what to do. While their service is very good, they are willing to help you do-it-yourself. They do our pool opening and closing each year. Several years ago our Polaris wasn't working and they fixed it rather than sell me a new one. They look out for the customer!!!
Description of Work: Had a leak problem. Coastline showed me how to fix it myself and sold me all the necessary parts. Saved me the cost and delay of waiting for a Coastline service person come to my house.

Description of Work: weekly pool service and maintenance...they did open and close the pool timely but they never addressed the leak or the timer issue with the pool as they had promised which turned out to be a very small issue.....it was very difficult to get in touch with them or get service if it was anything other than weekly maintenance....I had to change pool companies this year due to the lack of responsiveness

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE EXCELLENT. ANY PROBLEMS I HAVE THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND GET IT FIXED. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY DO WEEKLY MAINTAINANCE ON OUR POOL. THEY CHECK FILTER, PUMP, ADD ANY CHEMICALS AND VACUUM. THEY ALSO OPEN AND CLOSE OUR POOL.
