Alex our repairman was very good and provided fast service, solving our AC problem with quality work.

My house is Cool this was a great experience. I received a call from Craig at C&A with in a 1/2 hour of when I put in my request. He and his partner Alex were at my house with in 2 hrs. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. Craig even called me a few hours later to check that the house was cooling off. Great Company. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very good, prompt, and did a good job, not only that they came back the next day to ensure everything was good!

My AC unit went out after hours - a representative from C&A called me at 7:00 AM the next morning and put my appointment first. Arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly. Thought the price was a bit high but service and promptness was excellent.

Excellent communication! Called early to diagnose the problem so they were prepared to fix it when they came for the scheduled appointment. Provided overview of concerns and updates, estimated costs, and responded to all questions. Did NOT try to up sell contract or other maintenance, just did the repair in a timely and professional manner.

They called and rescheduled earlier than originally planned, did the job for a reasonable price, and when another problem developed overnight, they came back and fixed it at no charge except for the small price of the replacement part.

Craig was very attentive regarding the appointment time. I just needed my split air units (indoor units) cleaned. Alex was great and caring about what needed to be done. However, I thought the price was a high for what was done.

They responded quickly, arrived on time and fixed the problem. Communication was great the whole time.

Came when promised.. Assessed and fixed the problem. Gave solutions for future use.

Fast and knows the problem

Alex and Craig are very professional. Alex took the time to go above and beyond in extreme heat to ensure that we will have a working AC in face of heat wave.

Air conditioning would not cool... turned it off. Prompt reply from C@A. Of course, when he came, it worked. But... he throughly checked the whole system, including crawling in the attic! Would definitely use again.

Craig is a great guy. Showed up on time did a great job!! Got him in my contacts for future work!!!

I hired them to replace an oil water heater with a gas one and remove the oil tank, on march 21st. They did an excellent and a professional job, everything was on schedule, and with very reasonable cost. I'll do business with them for any plumbing job, in future. I would recommend them.
